We have a beautiful unit with Picturesque views. Resort style complex with all types of amenities. Gulf front view of the beautiful beach from your private balcony and the view of Little Lagoon from your bedroom.

Our one-bedroom, one bath unit could be your perfect vacation spot. We are located on the seventh floor. Our unit is tastefully decorated in a tropical décor that is kept Sparkling! Updated paint, appliances and furniture throughout.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with all of the conveniences you would ever need on vacation. The living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper, 27-inch cable TV, CD player with stereo and a DVD/VCR combo. The bedroom has small flat screen TV and clock radio. The balcony is perfect for relaxing and listening to the surf while enjoying the beautiful gulf views and you can even watch dolphins swim by in the mornings.

There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. The unit is about 600 square foot, which we feel is perfect for a couple or small family. We also have a keyless lock, so no keys to keep up with during your stay. We will assign you a entry code once payment is received.

The landscaping is just beautiful! Lush palm trees and flowers surround the large pool with a rock waterfall. The children's pool is steps away along with a hot tub for the adults. Charcoal grills and picnic tables by the Lagoon are perfect for grilling out by sunset.

The complex also has two lighted tennis courts,shuffleboard, and so much more! For the boaters, we have a boat ramp and two private piers, one with boat slips. ACROSS THE STREET there is 100' of our private deeded beach with a covered Gazebo for our guests. All this and just a short distance from downtown Gulf Shores, you will find endless restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. You cannot beat this Deal Anywhere in Gulf Shores!

  • This was our third visit to Gulf Shores to rent from Kathy but our first to stay in 705A. It was a wonderful condo, everything you could ever need. We usually eat dinner out every night, but decided to buy local fish and grill at the Condo's bayside grills and it might have been the best night of our trip.

We had a wonderful time, the weather was great on most days, we tanned, walked on the beach, and since my daughter is a teenager, I had morning coffee on the deck while she...slept!   • April 9-12, 2009 I can not begin to explain how relaxing it was. This is not the crowded Daytona, Myrtle Beach, etc... The property is beautiful and has it's own boat slip and two docks. The pool is large and other than popping in on the beach I recommend the pool. However, for sand castles the sand is perfect and you can walk for miles if you desire. Although we did try many restaurants the best atmosphere was at the condo. Overlooking the Gulf and enjoying the views. The next time we visit I will bring my motorcycle for day trips down the beachfront.

  • This is our second trip back to Gulf Shores renting the same condo. WOW again! We saw dolphins in the ocean again while having our morning cup of joe. The pool area is the BEST for those winder/cooler days! The best food and dont forget to check out Scoops! Kathy is great to deal with. Kathy, thanks again for everything!!!

  • This condo is the perfect vacation spot. We mostly ate out for lunch and fixed our evening meal at the condo. This kitchen had everything we needed. I couldn't believe how well equipped it was. If you have time, go to Joe Patti's in Pensacola to get the VERY best seafood at the best prices. We will definitely want to come back.
