What a gorgeous condo! The location was perfect, we loved being in between the beach and the lagoon. The view from the condo balcony was so beautiful! Plus, the condo itself was wonderfully decorated, furnished and comfortable. I definitely would recommend this to friends and family.

I can't say enough about our wonderful experience in this condo. This is the second time we have booked and vacationed in this condo and will do so again in the future. The condo is decorated nicely along with nice amenities. It has been a wonderful experience working with Kathy. Her hospitality and willingness to go the extra mile is refreshing and is rare to find.

This was our first time to Gulf Shores and we absolutely loved it. Brian and Kathy's condo is beautiful and has a very "home like" feel to it, which is great if there are rainy days and you're stuck inside for a while. The facility as a whole is very well cared for and CLEAN!! The beach was very nice, not overcrowded and a short walk...just like you see in the picture...cross the 2 lanes and your there! We tried several restaurants, I would HIGHLY recommend Lambert's and Lulu's, especially if you have children. On one of the rainy days we drove over to Mobile to see the USS Alabama. It was a little under an hour drive and was a great piece of history to see and tour. I would recommend staying here to anyone coming to Gulf Shores and if you have never been, make your reservation now! We will definitely be coming back.

There was absolutely something to do every minute of the day! My husband and I took two toddlers, and we all loved it so much we started looking for property. The apartment was so accommodating and beautiful! The views were more than amazing and the people were the nicest we have ever met! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable vacation...

Had a wonderful week in Gulf Shores. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Had breakfast on the balcony every morning after walking on the beach at sunrise.(which was right across the street). We would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives. We are hoping to go back next March. We visited the US Alabama battleship and Fort Morgan. Short drive to gambling in Biloxi. Short drive to Pensacola, FL., and the Naval Aviation Museum. A must see for kids and adults, and it is free. Great restaurants in Gulf Shores. Really liked DeSoto's Seafood Kitchen. The Greek Seafood Nachos at Live Bait were fantastic. Lambert's Cafe was a fun dining experience too.

My husband & I just returned from one of the nicest vacations we've had in quite some time. This condo was more than what we expected. The cleanliness, comfort & views were outstanding. Everything and anything we needed to enjoy our stay was right there for us. We had a wonderful time and thanks to Kathy we can't wait to come back again next year for a longer period of time. Though situated in an older building, this condo has updated appliances and furnishings. I could not have been more pleased with our stay. Actually, my wife and I have reserved the same condo for our 26th wedding anniversary get away in April.

This condo is beautifully decorated, well maintained, and comfortable with amazing views of the ocean. The complex is gorgeous with palm trees surrounding the pool and water views in every direction. I searched hundreds of properties for our anniversary getaway and this one is a winner, we really enjoyed our time there.

Nice clean property, adequately furnished with very comfortable bed! Everthing we needed to feel comfortable, while enjoying the beautiful views. We really enjoyed Cosmos Restaurant and Cottons was fantastic!

My husband and I really enjoyed our time at the beach! The views were amazing and the condo was very tastefully decorated! We chose to come in October and the weather was beautiful every day. If you want a great condo this is it! My husband and I were trying to find a weekend to get away after the death of my mother. It was a much needed time. We loved our condo and it was so clean and pretty. Just the right size for 3 people. We were able to walk out and see the ocean and the pool was really nice as well. We will stay again...

This was the first vacation in a long time for our family. We had a blast. This was the perfect place for myself, my husband and my four year old. Plenty of room in the condo for the three of us. Convenience of the pool and the beach. We enjoyed the atmosphere.

This was our first time renting a condo, and I didn't know what to expect. It was a very easy experience renting from Kathy and the space was exactly as it was presented in the pictures and description. We have a 3 year old and the pools on site where perfect for him with the calm waters after a long day at the beach with the waves. Elevators were never busy and we could get to and from our room with ease. Access to the main beach was very easy also. Just a short walk across the street and your there. The shower that was available to rinse off ourselves and our stuff was great too! We also timed our stay perfectly, with amazing weather, and crowd size was small. We had a wonderful time and would love to return! Thanks for giving us an amazing family getaway!

We greatly enjoyed ourselves at this fabulous little condo. It was decorated very modern and nice and had everything we needed. The views of gulf were magnificent. The breeze and the ocean roar from the balcony were so relaxing. The bay area on the backside was just as great and the amenities were probably the nicest we've seen at a condo complex. The pool was large and beautifully landscaped. The walk to the beach across the street was very easy even with small children in tow. We chose to come down in the middle of the oil spill to support the economy and still had a fabulous time! This is definitely a place I would return to. Kathy was very easy and pleasurable to work with.

Beautiful Condo in Gulf Shores

The condo was perfect for our week stay in Gulf Shores. It was relatively cheap and perfect for a couple to say. We spent a lot of time sitting on the porch watching the sunset and sunrise. Although it isn't directly on the beach, it is beautiful views of the beach and the lagoon. The lagoon was amazing to be on becasue you can walk on on the docks. The staff at the condo were great as well. We had no troubles the whole time we were there. The only downfall to the place was that the internet was very weak. We had to go to the 2nd floor any time we wanted to use the internet. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. I recommend the place to everyone. :) THANKS!

We did have a wonderful time. Hope to do it again sometime. A high point was watching the Blue Angels practice over at Pensacola. Loved the apt, beach, pool side (pool was a bit cool given the early season), shopping, eating out etc. The apt was everything we wanted and needed for the week. It was a great “getaway” spot. Folk renting and living there were friendly and accommodating. Thank you for your hospitality.

We were a group of 4 girls needing a relaxing get away and that is exactly what we got! The location is wonderful, with lots to do in the area plus wonderful dinning options. We enjoyed waking up every morning, making some hot tea and sitting on the balcony watching the waves and eating breakfast. In March there was still a couple of days when it was to cold to stay long on the beach but the hot tub area is wonderful, clean, and not crowded. The staff at the condo was very helpful and to other vacationers that we meant were very nice.

The Gordon’s condo is comfortable and clean. The location is great… the complex is surround mostly by beach houses so you can see up and down the beach in either direction. The small boat doc on the bay provided a great place to fish. I give the Gordon’s two thumbs up and would recommend renting from them.

We booked this condo for our fall break. The condo is lovely and extremely comfortable. There were 3 of us and it was perfect. The grounds and pool have always been a favorite of ours. We have stayed at GSSR many time and this was our best visit ever. I highly recommend this condo.

We found these accomodations to be very well decorated and furnished, and the facility to be one of the better condo/resort destinations we have ever stayed at. The staff and guests were all friendly and helpful, with a great mix of owners and renters there while we were. One detraction we found was that the condo lacked privacy for more than a single couple. No separation between the bedroom and the living/kitchen area. A door would have been nice as we took our granddaughter with us and had no 'us' time in that configuration. A great stay aside from this one minor problem. DKS

This was our third visit to Gulf Shores to rent from Kathy but our first to stay in 705A. It was a wonderful condo, everything you could ever need. We usually eat dinner out every night, but decided to buy local fish and grill at the Condo's bayside grills and it might have been the best night of our trip.

We took a mother/daughter road trip! We had a wonderful time, the weather was great on most days, we tanned, walked on the beach, and since my daughter is a teenager, I had morning coffee on the deck while she...slept! The condo is absolutely beautiful and clean. We throughly enjoyed ourselves. Kathy is a gem to work with and returns calls quickly. THANKS!

April 9-12, 2009 I can not begin to explain how relaxing it was. This is not the crowded Daytona, Myrtle Beach, etc... The property is beautiful and has it's own boat slip and two docks. The pool is large and other than popping in on the beach I recommend the pool. However, for sand castles the sand is perfect and you can walk for miles if you desire. Although we did try many restaurants the best atmosphere was at the condo. Overlooking the Gulf and enjoying the views. The next time we visit I will bring my motorcycle for day trips down the beachfront.

This is our second trip back to Gulf Shores renting the same condo. WOW again! We saw dolphins in the ocean again while having our morning cup of joe. The pool area is the BEST for those winder/cooler days! The best food and dont forget to check out Scoops! Kathy is great to deal with. Kathy, thanks again for everything!!!

This condo is the perfect vacation spot. We mostly ate out for lunch and fixed our evening meal at the condo. This kitchen had everything we needed. I couldn't believe how well equipped it was. If you have time, go to Joe Patti's in Pensacola to get the VERY best seafood at the best prices. We will definitely want to come back.

We had a wonferful time. We can't wait to come back soon. The weather ended up being great. We were worried with all the hurricanes that were going on. But it only rained once. We ate at lamberts, Bahama Bobs was great, and we ate Lillians Pizza. Also we went to the hangout and Guy Harvey's at the Wharf. Those are just afew places. The condo 705-a was great. We didn't have any problems. The best part about the vacation was getting engaged. I was so suprised. It was wonderful. Can't wait to come again. Thanks again

This condo is not only beautiful but is located in a perfect place. The traffic at this end of the city is very light and at night you can hear the ocean from the room. The view is great and I cannot wait to stay here again.
