Come enjoy this upscale two-bed/two-bath condominium located on Okaloosa Island in Ft. Walton Beach Florida. You will feel like you are in your own beach cottage in this colorful first floor condominium. No stairs or elevators to worry with and the beach literally at your back-door. This condominium is spacious and well-appointed.
The wonderful gulf views can be enjoyed from the kitchen, dining, living, master bedroom and patio. The patio is accessible from the living room or master bedroom and has privacy as pedestrian traffic does not walk directly behind condominium. Emerald Towers West is a small quaint gulf front complex featuring a heated pool with sunning area, and a barbeque area. The low density of units in this building ensures ample beach space for all guests.
Do not be fooled by this first floor location. The unit and building are actually elevated one level off the beach to provide a great view without stairs or elevators.
The fenced pool and barbecue area are opposite side from the beach for greater privacy. No "gawkers" as you enjoy your privacy.

Our first impression upon entering was "wow". The view was great from the living/kitchen area and from the master bedroom. The decor was very cheerful and "beachy". We were very happy with the overall location - access to the beach was very easy. The overall cleanliness of the condo was acceptable with the exception of the bathrooms. They needed some more attention. We were also without linens for the sofa bed in the living area. We made do, but were expecting sheets for that bed also. We also had to go and buy our own broom to keep things tidy during our stay. Just some little things that kept us from voting 5 stars. Our overall experience here was really good. We would definetly stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This condo is exactly as it is portrayed. The beds slept very well, the room sizes were excellent and the view of the beach could not have been better. This is one of the BEST vacations I ever had! I will likely do it again.

My family and I visited the area for Spring Break 2011. The condo was beautiful. Nicely decorated and clean. We were very pleased with the space and location. It is a ground unit on the end. Parking literally feet away. It has a pretty nice balcony directly facing the beach. The views from the balcony were breath taking. The master bedroom faces the beach. It has a bank of windows across the entire wall facing the beach. The owners were very nice and accommodating. The beach was clean and beautiful. There's a nice board walk out to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available. The property was clean. There's a small pool located across the parking lot on the opposite side of the building from the beach. There were lots of lounge chairs around the pool area. The pool and surrounding area was kept very clean. We were somewhat disappointed that the pool area was not closer to the beach. We would have rated this rental property 5 stars but the pool area being small and away from the beach was a disappointment. Everything else was wonderful and we appreciate the owners for sharing their beautiful beach front property with us.

My wife and three children drove over 10 hours from Arkansas and the minute we walked into the condo we knew the drive was worth every single minute. The condo was immaculate. It was more than we could have ever hoped for. The open-floor plan was very pleasant and the view of the gulf was absolutely amazing. Our beach was great and not crowded at all. I can't speak highly enough about the owners, who were incredibly friendly and helpful...more so than I've ever experienced before during previous vacations. They are simply great people. We are already planning our next trip back to this location. Highly recommended. Five stars.

The view from the master bedroom and living area is awesome! I enjoyed every moment here and plan to return again. The owners are fantastic and really go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.
