  This is a wonderful place to stay, either for a couple or for a family. It is just as portrayed in the pictures and very clean. The view is awesome from the living room, the king bedroom, and the balcony! It is an easy walk to the beach. We loved it and would recommend to everyone. Can't wait to come back to the Emerald Coast!

  When we arrived it was as if we walked into the photographs posted on the listing. We found the condo very clean, maintained, and well equipped with everything we needed. Beach access was easy and convenient. We spent the mornings having our coffee on the patio with a great view unobstructed by fences, pools, or walls. The owners were very good and accommodating. We would highly recommend this property, and now look forward to planning another visit in the future.

  My husband and I spent our honeymoon in this condo! It was perfect for us! We enjoyed listening to the ocean at night, seeing dolphins playing and having peace & quiet. The photos show how beautiful the condo is as well as the scenery. It was clean and well taken care of! The owners answered our questions by phone/email. We hope to spend our anniversary there...

  We spent a very pleasurable week in this rental unit. The first floor location negated the hassles of waiting for the elevator or climbing stairs but still afforded an excellent view. The owners are very helpful and friendly and answered all questions. We highly recommend it and already want to go back.

  Our family really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Being on the ground floor is a BIG plus! We will definitely recommend it to friends and hope to be able to stay there again some day.

  The condo was very spacious and clean; beautiful view. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the convenient but quiet location. Loved having breakfast on the deck! everything was really perfect. Owners were very easy to work with. We would highly recommend this condo to friends & family! Great experience overall!

  Great location....just 5 mins to Destin East Pass...far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough when you want it. Dynamite view...picture perfect beach. Yes...would stay again...and again...and again!

  I would highly recommend this property for a Gulf vacation site. The condo was lovely and even a bit more spacious than we expected. The kids in our group loved the pool almost as much as the beach. We did have some internet access problems so I might knock off half a star for that if I could, but the owners were very cooperative and pleasant to work with about that issue and everything else (although we never did get good internet access back).

  This was our third vacation at the Emerald Coast renting a condo. We loved the beachfront location of this condo, the views and sounds of the ocean, the quick beach access, and the property itself. We will rent this unit again (hopefully soon). Was the listing description accurate regarding the location? Yes Did the listing photos accurately reflect the rental’s appearance and amenities? Yes Was the property clean and well-maintained? Yes Was the owner helpful in answering your questions or concerns? Yes Would you recommend this property to a friend or relative? Yes What nearby activities, attractions and restaurants would you recommend? Anything in Destin is great and we also experienced the Pirate Festival with many activities and fireworks, much fun.   My husband, sister, nephew and I stayed at your condo. It was perfect for the four of us. I was impressed on how lovely you had decorated the rooms. Everything we could need was there. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio every evening; walking on the beach and watching other people enjoy themselves. The beach is beautiful and the weather was great. We also enoyed the many nice restaurants there and the Boardwalk in Destin. We would definitely recommend it to friends and family and would consider returning. Thank you again for allowing us to enjoy your condo. Pam
