  We shared some time with our friends the Krause Family We can not Thank you enough for being so patience with us We final y made it and enjoyed ourselves sooooooooo much. What a beautiful part of the country. The Condo is great and the location is wonderful.

  Just the two of us for a spring getaway! We were slightly afraid the pictures were too good to be true...NOT the case! The actual views are even better, and it sure is peaceful listening to the water from your condo. Close enough to plenty of restaurants and activities. A very clean place with wonderful owners to work with and it was lovely to not have to deal with elevators. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need, and you'll want to stay in anyway! We are sure to return at the next opportunity.

  This is a wonderful place to stay, either for a couple or for a family. It is just as portrayed in the pictures and very clean. The view is awesome from the living room, the king bedroom, and the balcony! It is an easy walk to the beach. We loved it and would recommend to everyone. Can't wait to come back to the Emerald Coast!

  When we arrived it was as if we walked into the photographs posted on the listing. We found the condo very clean, maintained, and well equipped with everything we needed. Beach access was easy and convenient. We spent the mornings having our coffee on the patio with a great view unobstructed by fences, pools, or walls. The owners were very good and accommodating. We would highly recommend this property, and now look forward to planning another visit in the future.

  My husband and I spent our honeymoon in this condo! It was perfect for us! We enjoyed listening to the ocean at night, seeing dolphins playing and having peace & quiet. The photos show how beautiful the condo is as well as the scenery. It was clean and well taken care of! The owners answered our questions by phone/email. We hope to spend our anniversary there...

  We spent a very pleasurable week in this rental unit. The first floor location negated the hassles of waiting for the elevator or climbing stairs but still afforded an excellent view. The owners are very helpful and friendly and answered all questions. We highly recommend it and already want to go back.

  Our family really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Being on the ground floor is a BIG plus! We will definitely recommend it to friends and hope to be able to stay there again some day.

  The condo was very spacious and clean; beautiful view. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the convenient but quiet location. Loved having breakfast on the deck! everything was really perfect. Owners were very easy to work with. We would highly recommend this condo to friends & family! Great experience overall!

  Great location....just 5 mins to Destin East Pass...far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough when you want it. Dynamite view...picture perfect beach. Yes...would stay again...and again...and again!

  I would highly recommend this property for a Gulf vacation site. The condo was lovely and even a bit more spacious than we expected. The kids in our group loved the pool almost as much as the beach. We did have some internet access problems so I might knock off half a star for that if I could, but the owners were very cooperative and pleasant to work with about that issue and everything else (although we never did get good internet access back).

  This was our third vacation at the Emerald Coast renting a condo. We loved the beachfront location of this condo, the views and sounds of the ocean, the quick beach access, and the property itself. We will rent this unit again (hopefully soon). Was the listing description accurate regarding the location? Yes Did the listing photos accurately reflect the rental’s appearance and amenities? Yes Was the property clean and well-maintained? Yes Was the owner helpful in answering your questions or concerns? Yes Would you recommend this property to a friend or relative? Yes What nearby activities, attractions and restaurants would you recommend? Anything in Destin is great and we also experienced the Pirate Festival with many activities and fireworks, much fun.   Our first impression upon entering was "wow". The view was great from the living/kitchen area and from the master bedroom. The decor was very cheerful and "beachy". We were very happy with the overall location - access to the beach was very easy. The overall cleanliness of the condo was acceptable with the exception of the bathrooms. They needed some more attention. We were also without linens for the sofa bed in the living area. We made do, but were expecting sheets for that bed also. We also had to go and buy our own broom to keep things tidy during our stay. Just some little things that kept us from voting 5 stars. Our overall experience here was really good. We would definetly stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

  My wife and three children drove over 10 hours from Arkansas and the minute we walked into the condo we knew the drive was worth every single minute. The condo was immaculate. It was more than we could have ever hoped for. The open-floor plan was very pleasant and the view of the gulf was absolutely amazing. Our beach was great and not crowded at all. I can't speak highly enough about the owners, who were incredibly friendly and helpful...more so than I've ever experienced before during previous vacations. They are simply great people. We are already planning our next trip back to this location. Highly recommended. Five stars.

  This condo is exactly as it is portrayed. The beds slept very well, the room sizes were excellent and the view of the beach could not have been better. This is one of the BEST vacations I ever had! I will likely do it again.

  My family and I visited the area for Spring Break 2011. The condo was beautiful. Nicely decorated and clean. We were very pleased with the space and location. It is a ground unit on the end. Parking literally feet away. It has a pretty nice balcony directly facing the beach. The views from the balcony were breath taking. The master bedroom faces the beach. It has a bank of windows across the entire wall facing the beach. The owners were very nice and accommodating. The beach was clean and beautiful. There's a nice board walk out to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available. The property was clean. There's a small pool located across the parking lot on the opposite side of the building from the beach. There were lots of lounge chairs around the pool area. The pool and surrounding area was kept very clean. We were somewhat disappointed that the pool area was not closer to the beach. We would have rated this rental property 5 stars but the pool area being small and away from the beach was a disappointment. Everything else was wonderful and we appreciate the owners for sharing their beautiful beach front property with us.

  The view from the master bedroom and living area is awesome! I enjoyed every moment here and plan to return again. The owners are fantastic and really go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.
