*Unit 2303* is located on the top floor which really helps with elevator service. It is a beautiful three bedroom two bath unit, and the view from the 23rd floor is incredible! Everything is yours to enjoy from the balcony. Sunsets and sunrises will take your breath away. The master bedroom suite has a king bed, whirlpool tub, separate shower, and large walk in closet and of course the master opens to the balcony and the spectacular Gulf.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, beautiful blues and greens, and our third bedroom says "Surfs Up!" The third bedroom has a captain's bed with a trundle under it (two twins basically). Each has a TV and either DVD player or VCR combo in it. The unit has been professionally-decorated and is fully appointed. Our private balcony is for your enjoyment. You will enjoy sitting there having coffee, dinner, enjoying sunrises and sunsets - just relaxing!
There is nothing like our beautiful white, pristine sand and emerald blue water found in Panama City. The kitchen is fully equipped - blender, toaster, ice-maker, coffee-maker - everything at your fingertips. However, if you do not want to spend your time in the kitchen, you will find a wonderful deli on-site that is open from 7:00 am - 9:00 pm. We also have a terrific H20 Bar and Grill at the pool area so you can just order, sit back, and relax!
While at the Majestic, you will want to take advantage of the area recreation like jet skiing, fishing, snorkeling or para-sailing. Relax among our tropical pools (two outdoor with waterfalls, one baby pool, one indoor gulf front heated pool). Be sure to enjoy one of the hot tubs after an evening walk on the most beautiful beach in the world! We rented the unit with 4 adults and 2 children under four years old and we had plenty of room. The condo was extremely clean and quiet. We loved watching the sunset on the oversized balcony. The room is right across from the elevator, which makes leaving convenient. Majestic Resort is a fairly new resort with clean pool areas and a large beach. Since we went in the fall, the outdoor pools were closed, so we went to the indoor pools and hot tubs. The resort is not within walking distance to any restaurants, but there is a nice cafe/store in the Majestic. I would definitely stay here again!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

What a Great Condo! What a Fabulous Location! For just my husband, son and I this was a large space and was extremely well-equipped. The week flew by but we hope to return and will certainly try and stay at Majestic again. You made the whole process easy. For those looking for a great place to relax and enjoy the changing seasons - this is it!

A truley inspirational time spent here in this wonderful place! Loved every minute - even the chilly ones. The heated indoor pool even made those days okay! We had a great Thanksgiving holiday here. It was nice to be located so close to everything! Really like the new restaurants in the area now. We have not been here in several years and we were amazed at how different Panama City is now. We really had a great trip and hope to be back next summer.

Beautiful Condo! Beautiful Beach! Beautiful Weather! What's not to like? Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. We enjoyed every moment and hope to come back again soon! We are from Southern Florida but there is nothing like the Panhandle beaches and water. Great resort - took advantage of all the amenities!

The unit is run down, dirty carpets, dirty upholstery, and sagging sofas. The linens were worn and mismatched. (we were able to get new ones after several complaints) The pantry door is broken and keeps falling off. Light fixtures are missing bulbs. We felt this property was falsely advertised. We had a truly bad experience. The unit is not a "professionally appointed" penthouse. The Majestic pool(s) were dirty. The chairs were broken and moldy. Trash in the hallways. Cracked concrete around the pool patio. Filth and stains on exterior walls/ hallways/ air vents. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
Owner response: We strive to keep our unit in great shape. We have guests that snowbird with us year after year and families that return each spring and summer. Please don't let this review scare you away! We did everything that we could to accomadate this guest. Unfortunately there was no way to make them happy. Housekeeping responded immediately to their issues when they finally called - which was 3 days into their stay. We would have responded on the day they checked into the unit had they of called. Our linens are changed out regularly, carpets cleaned at least twice yearly (more if needed). They basically wanted a free week at the beach and we did not give in to their threats of writing a bad review (after they got home). Please notice that it was 3 weeks later that they wrote their review after we refused to discount this unit any further to them.
