Enjoy true tropical settings on one of South Carolina's barrier islands. The beach is only 100 feet from the stairs of our villa. Our newly totally renovated three-bedroom, three-bath, 1700 square-foot villa is second and third floor for spectacular ocean views. Conveniently located next to the Beach Club, pool, tennis courts and Cabana Bar.
Our villa has been remodeled to provide our guests with all the comforts of home. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with all new appliances and Corian countertops, laundry area, large living room and den for added seating, all bedrooms have a full bath and TV. The new carpet, flooring, baths, and windows and ocean views from the master, kitchen, living room and upstairs bedrooms just add to your comfort. Please No Smoking and No Pets.
Sleeping arrangements are three queen sized and two twin sized beds. Maximum occupancy is eight. Fripp Island Resort has an amenity card system which gives our guest access to restaurants, two championship golf courses designed by George Cobb and Davis Love III, tennis, pools, and rental equipment. Cost for cards is $35 per person for spring and fall and $50 per person for summer. Children under 12 are not required to have passes. Come enjoy the best Fripp Island has to offer.
