The rolling lawn will lead to your own private spot, complete with a chiminea ( outdoor fireplace )and chaise lounges at the waters edge .. a perfect place for star gazing , morning coffee, or to just sit and think ( or not ) or watch the boats heading out for a day at sea... Put your kayak in right there.... All linens and towels are provided.. Plenty of parking in drive. Walk to the local convenient shop with the best picnic sandwiches, beverages and staples or UNE's fitness center.We even have our own resident designer. Kennebunkport, with its charming shops and restaurants, is just eight miles away. Cape Porpoise, with its great kayaking, galleries and restaurants only six miles. This private, quiet, peaceful spot may just become one of your best summer memories. We will do all we can to make it so. Biddeford and Saco, on opposite sides of the Saco River, are towns with attractive 19th-century homes. Biddeford Pool is home to the Maine Audubon Society's East Point Sanctuary, a dramatic oceanfront bird sanctuary with a rocky shoreline and distant views of Wood Island Light and Old Orchard Beach. Ferry Beach State Park is a small park in Saco with nature trails. A complete list of golf courses is available.I've just counted 10 public golf courses within an 8 mile drive!
