  Perfect one bedroom apartment right next to the beach: Hi my name is Abigail and my boyfriend and I stayed at Tony's apartment in the Raquet Club Condo in Isla Verde. We had a wonderful and awesome time at the apartment. The apartment its so nice, If you like the sound of the wind, waves, and have an expectacular sight to the sunrise and sunset, this is the perfect apt for you, everything is very close, stores, restaurants, etc. Apartment was very clean and well maintained. Tony's and his partner were very prompt in responding when we called them. Tony even offerred to pick me up at airport. Tony and his partner both are very kind and respectful. Condo is well secured, pool is awesome and very clean the whole condo is well maintained. Apartment has its own parking spot. If I could give him 10 stars I would. I would definitely stay at this Apartment Condo again and also recommend it to anyone that would like to have an awesome vacation right by the beach. Tony Thanks for everything! Tuvimos un tiempo maravilloso y asombroso en el apartamento. El apartamento es tan agradable, si te gusta el sonido del viento, las olas, y tener una vista expectacular a la salida del sol y puesta del sol, este es el apartamento perfecto para ti, todo está muy cerca, tiendas, restaurantes, etc. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y bien mantenido. Tony y su socio fueron muy rápidos en responder cuando se les llamaba. Tony incluso ofrecio a recogerme en el aeropuerto. Tony y su socio los dos son muy amables y respetuosos. El Condominio esta muy bien asegurado, la piscina esta muy bien mantenida (limpia), todo el condominio está bien mantenido. El apartamento tiene su propio espacio de estacionamiento. Si pudiera le daría 10 estrellas no cinco. Sin duda me alojaría en este Condo Apartamento nuevamente en el futuro y también se lo recomendaría a cualquiera que le gustaría tener unas impresionantes vacaciones junto a la playa.   This apartment is in a great location - close to the airport, overlooking the beautiful ocean, easy to get to just about anything. Loved being able to walk right out to the beach and take a long walk along the gorgeous ocean. Quick drive to Old San Juan. Loved the soothing sound of the ocean at night, and having coffee in the morning on the balcony. Tony was so nice, always easy to communicate with...I would recommend staying here.

  My family had the pleasure of staying in a unit of Tony's in the Raquet Club. We were extremely impressed with the hospitality and promptness in response to any concerns we had prior to arrival and during our two week stay. Leo, the property manage, was personable and very helpful. The Unit was perfect for my husband, our toddler, and I. You couldn't ask for a better location in Isla Verde. Security was ever present, the beach was less than 50 feet from the condo's entrance, and nearby restaurants and other businesses were open 24 hours. Oh, did I mention we had a free parking spot in the condo's lot. We will definitely rent from Tony again and recommend him to friends and family. Cheers, Onida Cruz

  Esta fue nuestra segunda estancia en este Condominio y fue incluso mejor que la primera vez, Tony es increíble trabajó con nosotros cuando nuestro vuelo se retrasó. Nos encanta este lugar e incluso hizo buena amistad con algunos de los residentes del edificio. También disfrutamos del Viejo San Juan. Ahora realizamos este maravilloso lugar nuestro hogar lejos del hogar una vez al año. Hasta pronto Tony.

  Unit is small but comfy. Location is PERFECT! The beach is right there with beautiful sunrise views from the apartment. SuperMAX Supermarket is across the street as well as ATM.. We went to Old San Juan, Plaza Las Americas, Condado and had a great time. Leo was very helpful with directions and area recommendations. We will definitely be back!

  Everything is what Tony said at its next to everything you can walk to everything its has parking for one car very secure and the a/c is great and it also has a very nice view that you can wake up to. It’s cheaper than staying in a hotel

  First i must say thank you to Tony. 1. the apartment has great security, parking, and far as location 5 out of 10 if u dont and if u have a car. Super market just across the street and several bar and clubs just blocks away. 2. Beach, just in front of the apartment are not suited for swimming at all just have to walk a minute or two to nicer beach or 20 minute walk to the best beaches. 3. NOw the Important 1 the Apartment. 1. Love the view an Ocean front view 2. One Bedroom so if travel with other make sure to call Tony ahead of time so you can get an air matt. 3. Nice kitchen if you going to cook and big fridge. 4. Bed nice and confy and clean. 5. Bathroom works, water doesnt get hot enough but warm enough to take a shower. 6. Living room nice size with great views of ocean would have been nice if it had a sofabed. The only thing i would chance if the communications with Tony prior to arrival. Make sure to get the correct phone numbers before you go and call him to verify the numbers. once there Leo gives you the key u give me the deposit and your on ur way. My trip was ruined by 8 straight days of rain out of 9 that i was there and his apartment was a great relief over being stuck in a room in a hotel. I have a video on youtube under phillyguy531 of of the apartment pictures dont do it justice. I like this apartment so much I am in the process of buying 1 my self in the same building.

  My wife and I just returned from our honeymoon in San Juan, and our stay at Tony's place was absolutely perfect for us. We knew we couldn't afford to stay in a nice hotel for nine days, and most of the other private rentals on Isla Verde were similarly expensive, so when we came upon Tony's ocean view place, we jumped. Our communication with Tony was a little spotty once we sent the money, primarily because he was out of the country on vacation, and that worried the heck out of me. But once we landed, Tony, from Australia, even set up an airport pick up by his mom (at 1am no less after our original flight was cancelled). Tony, his mom, and their friend Leo were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Great people. The apartment though is probably not for everyone. The lighting is a little dim and fluorescent, and the kitchen pictured here is NOT the kitchen of this apartment, which was a little strange. The water in the shower never got really hot, though my sunburn appreciated that (my wife did not). And apparently the previous tenant had stolen the Wifi router and the DVD cables, so we were without those as well. However, the access to the beach (right out the back door), the view from the apartment (perfect if you like waking up to the sound of waves), and the location (right near the airport, close enough to bus to Old San Juan, and close enough to private charter the rainforest and Bio Bay trips, which are a must) were all exactly what we were looking for. The beach is quiet, as most of the resorts are half a mile down the beachfront, while still being safe. And finally, the access to the 24 hour grocery store directly across the street came in very handy. That said, Tony's place was PERFECT for our honeymoon. We're a low maintenance couple, and this place fit us better than any resort would have. Thanks Tony. For the reader, as long as you are low maintenance and are looking to travel on a budget and spend your time on the beach or out exploring Puerto Rico, this place can be perfect for you too. :) Oh, and there were no hidden fees; we paid exactly what he quoted us. So rare in the Homeaway world. Thank you for that too! - Johnny

  I really enjoyed my vacation staying at Tony's condo. Loved sitting by the balcony,at night with a glass of wine, listening to the ocean waves.Was able to get around town without a car, Spent the day in Old San Juan, by cab, 20.00 each way,not to bad. I'm looking forward to my stay next year.

  We met some very nice people, they picked us up at the airport on time they took us to the apartment showed us around. We had clean towels kitchen and bathroom unlike the last place we went on vacation.   Hello, just got back to Jacksonville and let me tell you I’m really missing the island. Comfortable bed, private wifi, spacious kitchen, pool & beach access what more could I ask for in a Caribbean Island. But the view has to be the best thing, there is nothing like awaking up in the morning by the sound of the waves crashing into the reef and the sight of it is even better.   Breathtaking views, very well decorated, full amenities - everything you could possibly need, excellent sound system, very clean, and in an extraordinary location. I have already recommended this property to various friends and family and plan to stay there again in the near future. The management was also very responsive and extremely nice. I would easily give this 5 stars if not more!
