We offer two independent, cozy houses with 2 air conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry area, having two balcony houses to put hammock and are fully equipped. They are well located, less than 50m from the beach and 5 minutes from the center of Barra Grande, close to the markets, restaurants and the shopping and services center. They are in a quiet, family atmosphere with space for 6 cars.

Anfitriões excelentes. Casa boa, com algumas ressalvas.

Casa muito bem localizada. Os quartos (1 suite/casal e 1 solteiro, são pequenos e com móveis simples, mas com ar refrigerado muito bom. No geral nos atendeu bem. Vários estabelecimentos de Maraú tem problema com o cheiro e aspecto da água e consideramos que este foi um problema que nos incomodou bastante. Agradecemos as dicas e ótimo acolhimento de Cláudio e de seu concunhado Henrique. Pessoas muito educadas e generosas.

Ótima casa

Imóvel muito bom em uma localização excelente

O imóvel está muito bem localizado na vila de Barra Grande, perto da praça principal e comércios e também da praia. Dá para ir andando para a praça, atracadouro e Ponta do Mutá. A casa é bem cuidada e acomodou muito bem as cinco pessoas de minha estadia. Os proprietários são muito atenciosos e prestativos. Recomendo para quem desejar conhecer esse local maravilhoso com belas praias no sul da Bahia.

Minha segunda casa

A casa da Marcinha é um espetáculo a parte. Perto do centrinho, mas não tão perto para não ficar ouvindo a muvuca da noite. É a segunda vez que me hospedo nela e amo. Eu me sinto como se estivesse em minha casa. Ela é ampla, arejada, com ar condicionado nos quartos. A casa térrea, que eu sempre fico, tem 2 banheiros, 2 quartos, a casa comporta bem até 6 pessoas. A Márcia, seu tio Uaraci, o Cláudio, esposo dela, sempre nos socorrem quando precisamos de alguma ajuda, seja para ligar a tv, wifi, pregar alguma coisa. São pessoas maravilhosas. Aliás, em Barra Grande só tem gente maravilhosa, por isto eu sempre vou pra lá.
