Newly Constructed 2006.Elegantly appointed townhome located within the Summer Beach Resort on peaceful Amelia Island, Florida. Tranquil resort view Mediterranean Villa in the gated community "The Preserve at Summer Beach". Conviently located across from the Ritz Carlton of Amelia Island, the Golf Club of Amelia Island and Summer Beach Resort Beach Club.
The Beach Club is exclusive to Summer Beach Resort guests and boasts a peaceful view of the south end of the island. The Beach Club is staffed and offers a nice lunch menu daily from 11am to 3pm. A tiki bar is also available for your favorite island cocktail. The Summer Beach Resort signature shop is also located here as well as a fenced kids pool and rest rooms.
Look for the Beach Club schedule upon your arrival for live entertainment, cookouts, and kids activities. Summer Beach Resort offers two lighted tennis courts next to the Beach Club. The tennis courts are unattended and are available on first come, first serve basis.
The Golf Club of Amelia Island is available for all members and guest of both Summer Beach Resort and the Ritz Carlton of Amelia Island. A Mark McCumber design that was the early host of the Senior PGA Tour/Libery Mutual Legends of Golf. Any guest that enjoys golf should take advantage of the opportunity to enjoy a round on the truly respected Island layout. Arrangements for guest grees fees must be made at booking.
Your money will be well spent as your feel centerly located to all the island has to offer. Security patrolled for your protection and easy to find. Parking for two vechicles directly in front of townhome. The Gourmet Kitchen has GE Profile SS applicances and glass top cook surface. Custom cabinets with granite. You will love the 25' ceilings in the Great Room.
Master BR King Bed, with garden tub, stand up shower, custom cabinets with granite, dual sinks. Two upstairs BR's have one Queen and two Twin beds, and share a large private bath. Upstairs balcony overlooks Great Room.
Our Guests are also welcome to enjoy the Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island. Shopping at the Galleria, Dining, and Evening Dancing in the Lobby Lounge are island favorites. Many scheduled activities are available speak to the Hotel for details.
