Beautiful Montauk Condo waiting for you to enjoy! Montauk in the Summer is the jewel of Long Island. The dunes and pristine ocean beach are only 150 yards away. Montauk Downs, one of the best Public Golf courses in the USA, is about 4 miles away. Montauk Harbor is the home of dozens of Deep Sea Charter boats and day trip party boats. The Winter, Spring and Fall are wonderful peaceful times to enjoy Montauk. The Atlantic Ocean is all that you see from inside the condo or on our deck. Our fireplace will take the chill out of the glorious star-filled nights.
*Please note that before June 26th and after Labor Day the pool is only open on weekends when the weather permits.

Why the Owner Chose Montauk
We have lived on Long Island our whole lives and of all the wonderful areas our Island has to offer Montauk has always been one of our favorites. It is located at the southestern tip of Long Island and has both beautiful ocean beaches and lovely Gardiners Bay wrapped around a fun place to be 12 monthes a year.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our unit offers a full view of the Atlantic Ocean and access to a wonderful sandy beach that you can walk or on for many miles in either direction all year long. You can choose to stay at our quiet location or walk about 1/2 mile to the East and be in the town of Montauk.

We stayed 4 nights in the condo. It was cute, quaint and everything we needed was available. It really feels like we were staying in a home away from home. The owners keep the place neat and clean. We hope to make it back again soon!

I recently stayed here with my boyfriend and we had an amazing time. The location couldnt have been more convenient. The condo was clean and quiet with everything you would ever need to have a great vacation. Absolutely PERFECT spot for a romantic and relaxing getaway. The owner was responsive and extremely helpful as well!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

The condo was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Beautiful ocean view from balcony and loved the fireplace. Would definately recommend to a friend for a quiet weekend away.

The property was everything it was advertised as and more. It was clean, well-furnished, comfortable bed, ample towels and linens and extra blankets and pillows, had a great view of the ocean, was within walking distance of Montauk town cwnter , even though when there it seemed remote and private. The owner was friendly and helpful in advance of our stay, sending copious materials via email which gave directions, listed local attractions and made helpful suggestions for activities. We were very very happy with this rental.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.
