This newly constructed, luxurious, executive four bedroom four and half bath home is located in the Ridge part of the Eagle Crest resort. Its central location is a short one to two miles from everything that Eagle Crest has to offer. An easy five miles from the City of Redmond and is centrally located for all of Central Oregon's golf and multitude of other recreational activities. The living areas are open and bright. The great room has two couches, two leather recliners, and one large red, "sink into" leather chair with ottoman. Enjoy the warmth of the fireplace while watching your favorite movie or HD channels on the 52 inch DLP TV, listen to the in-house stereo or just sit back, relax and listen to all the day’s stories.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen that has all the utensils you need for a satisfying, "cooked at home" gourmet meal. The kitchen is spacious and allows for several cooks at a time. It’s equipped to cook a scrumptious Thanksgiving feast or cut up a delivered pizza. Utensils include everything from an easy to use cork screw to a Cuisinart food processor. Dining will be easy at the 10 place solid cherry dining room table. You will find ample room for large gatherings or for just playing games.
The hot tub, with its easy lift cover, is nestled in a concrete paver covered deck with panoramic views of the Smith rocks and the surrounding areas. The tub offers a very private and somewhat secluded area that will will contribute to your feelings of being away from it all.
You will find four master suites with their own televisions, queen beds, a bunk bed with a single on top and double below, an office area with a printer and a choices of accessing the high speed internet connection via hard wire or wireless. All bedrooms have direct access to the spacious hot tub. Bathroom tile floors are heated (nice to have in the winter).
On your way to the upstairs bedrooms you will enjoy the view of the great room below from the unique "sky bridge". The upstairs bunkroom is designed to be comfortable for a couple or can be just as comfortable for a group of kids. This is a spacious room with a 35 inch TV and VCR/DVD player. The other spacious upstairs suite has views of Smith Rock, the Eagle Crest clock tower and Resort golf course.
