This three year old, luxurious, executive four bedroom four and half bath home is located in the Ridge part of the Eagle Crest resort. Its central location, near the Challenge Course and Ridge Course's 2nd hole makes it a short one to two miles from everything that Eagle Crest has to offer. An easy five miles from the City of Redmond and is centrally located for all of Central Oregon's golf and multitude of other recreational activities. The living areas are open and bright. The stone faced fireplace is an inviting gathering place. The open design of this house puts everyone in the middle of the action. The thoughtful layout of the bedrooms assures everyone’s privacy.
The great room has two couches, two leather recliners, and one large red, "sink into" leather chair with ottoman. Enjoy the warmth of the fireplace while watching your favorite movie or HD channels on the 52 inch DLP TV, listen to the in-house stereo or just sit back, relax and listen to all the day’s stories.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen that has all the utensils you need for a satisfying, "cooked at home" gourmet meal. The kitchen is spacious and allows for several cooks at a time. It’s equipped to cook a scrumptious Thanksgiving feast or cut up a delivered pizza. Utensils include everything from an easy to use cork screw to a Cuisinart food processor. Dining will be easy at the 10 place solid cherry dining room table. You will find ample room for large gatherings or for just playing games.
The hot tub, with its easy lift cover, is nestled in a concrete paver covered deck with panoramic views of the Smith rocks and the surrounding areas. The tub offers a very private and somewhat secluded area that will contribute to your feelings of being away from it all.
You will find four master suites with their own televisions, queen beds, a bunk bed with a single on top and double below, an office area with a printer and access to a high speed internet connection via hard wire or wireless. All bedrooms have direct access to the spacious hot tub. Bathroom tile floors are heated (nice to have in the winter).
On your way to the upstairs bedrooms you will enjoy the view of the great room below from the unique "sky bridge". The upstairs bunkroom is designed to be comfortable for a couple or can be just as comfortable for a group of kids. This is a spacious room with a 35 inch TV and VCR/DVD player. The other spacious upstairs suite has views of Smith Rock, the Eagle Crest clock tower and Resort golf course.

Why the Owner Chose Redmond
As we said previously, Eagle Crest has a wonderfully friendly atmosphere. It is not uncommon to be driving by one of the golf courses and have the course maintenance workers wave as you pass. Along with the friendliness Eagle Crest offers all of the amenities that everyone expects of a first rate resort. Unlike many other resorts, Eagle Crest only charges our renters for the use of their courses. The pools, tennis courts, rachetball courts etc. are part of the rental experience, no extra "recreational fees" to the first six guests in your group.
The Unique Benefits at this Home
Our home offers many amenities not found at many rental properties. A spacious paver covered deck that is great for entertaining. Cruiser bikes with an "Alley Cat" for kids as well as a "kiddy" cart for towing the kids behind mom or dad. Heated floors in each of the four master baths. Many serving dishes and appliances such as a Quisinart food processor.

Kathy and I have owned recreational rental property for the past 20 years. First in Sunriver and now in Eagle Crest. We moved to Eagle Crest for a number of reasons, but primarily because of the low keyed and friendly atmosphere found here. During the past 20 years we have been able to fine tune how to assure guests have the best possible stay. We are active owners and pride ourselves on constantly paying attention to maintanence and needed repairs. Which translates into a rental property that will consistantly meet the client's expectations, time after time. We travel ourselves and have been able to see what does and does not make for a satisfying stay.

Appreciated the comments. We've cooked and so have several others (see comments)many large group dinners including Thanksgiving feasts. This is the first we've been told there wasn't enough in the kitchen including pans etc...a zester?...we have everything from several cork screws to a Cuisinart. As for the TV it's a work in progress, as I pointed out to our guests while responding to their concerns. I guess we need to hire a 13 year old. I did offer $100 to the first person that can program the darn thing. Not sure why there were no towels...this comment is the first we heard of the problem...a call to our management service would have taken care of the problem. When we left our home the day before our guests arrival there we're towels in place. We are very sorry these guest didn't have the optimum experience we have built our reputation upon for the past 19 years. The remotes will be fixed and we'll confer with our housekeeping company. We look forward to serving the Newport group again. Jerry

The house is amazing! The internet photos didn't do it justice...I have never looked forward to vacations because I have a bad back, ....well, I slept great and my back feels perfect.
