We wanted a condo on the beach with plenty of room. This condo was awesome. We were right on the beach and when the kids didn't want to go out to the beach, our room was right by the pool, and they loved that,too. And it was beautifully decorated. It didn't take long to feel right at home. And I'm very funny about odors in rental properties and this one smelled clean. We couldn't have found a better place to enjoy our vacation!

We just returned home from our stay in Fort Walton. We had 3 condos with our family in Summer Place. My son, his wife and 2 girls from TX stayed in this condo and dearly loved it. The girls said they felt like queens with the decor. It is on the first floor and you walk right out to the pool and beach. There were boogie boards for the girls to use in the ocean. The water was so crystal clear that you could see all the fish and the beach is still the beautiful white sand found only in the FL Gulf. I would truly recommend this condo for anyone and any age. TX and PA visitors

I have vacationed in Destin many times during the past thirteen years and would have to say this was my favorite rental. The condo is beautifully furnished and has state of the art appliances. The owner even personally stopped by to greet us and was very gracious. Everything was above and beyond what was expected. I would recommend this rental or his other without hesitation! Thank You!
