Our Moon Bay Condominium unit # B403, fourth floor, is located directly on the scenic Blackwater Sound near Florida Bay with a direct waterfront view , as shown in the photo below.
The interior of our unit is very comfortable with every convenience of home. All our linens are new and there are plenty of them. Our kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance you will need. Our walls are tastefully decorated with nautical memorabilia that will surely make you feel you are in an island get away. We live only a short distance away and strive to keep our unit immaculate, organized, and dust free at all times. We’re always making small improvements whenever we can. We inspect frequently and make sure everything is in working order. We even do our own cleaning between guests from time to time. This insures our home is up to the highest standards you deserve. You will notice the difference. This is not just an investment property. We are sharing with you our home away from home. Please read below comments left from recent guests!
We are surrounded by the best diving facilities in the Florida Keys. Amoray, a full service dive operation is just next door! There is quick access to the most beautiful reefs in the Continental U.S.A.. Divers from all over the world come here to dive in the warm and crystal clear waters of the fabulous Florida Keys coral reefs, wrecks, and in the famed underwater Statue of Christ at The John Pennekamp State Park also known as America's underwater paradise just 1 mile down the road. We are minutes to the open Atlantic Ocean via Adam's Waterway.
Everglades National Park, Biscayne and Dry Tortugas National Parks and Big Cypress National Preserve are all in close vacinity and offer unparalled wild life sanctuaries, protecting an incredible diversity of mammals, birds, fish and flora.
The waters of Key Largo are teeming with some of the world's most sought after gamefish, making it a mecca for sportfishermen from around the globe. Hire a guide to take you into the tranquil reaches of the backcountry for redfish, snook and trout, for instance.
From the big gamefish of the deep sea to the elusive tarpon and bonefish of the backcountry to the tasty grouper and yellowtail snapper of the reef system, Key Largo delivers!
Key Largo has everything from fast food drive-thru restaurants to outdoor patios and waterfront fine dining. There are well over 100 restaurants within ten minutes of Moon Bay.
As you might expect, there is EXCELLENT fresh seafood here! Several restaurants are accessible by boat featuring their own dock for a unique lunch or evening out. The legendary Caribbean Club where the clasic movie Key Largo was filmed,Jimmy Johnson's Big Chill, and Marriott Hotel, are within walking distance of our condo. They feature live bands nightly with dancing and pool tables also,great food always served.
The Keys have no shortage of souvenir shops along the highway. We also have the largest selection of dive shops you have ever seen. There is a K-Mart in Key Largo and a Walmart and outlet mall 30 minutes north in Florida City. Large shopping malls are within a one hour drive north. Provisioning can be easily done from a number of mini-markets as well as 2 major grocery stores complete with fresh fruits and vegetables, deli, bakery, and beer, wine, and liquor sales.
Moon Bay Condominium a gated community with 24 hr security and excellent amenities. Heated Swiming Pool and Toddler pool, New Marina, Boat Ramp, Clubhouse, and Tennis Courts, rackets provided. Excellent Sunset views from Marina and Sun Deck! You’ll enjoy the the lush tropical landscaping. The spacious clubhouse includes saunas and kitchen, TV, and Ping-Pong. NEW!!WiFi (Wireless Internet) - Wireless Internet (WiFi) is now available.
Our private deeded boat slip #11 is available for a maximum 30 foot vessel,overall length (proof of liability insurance is required). Our unit is located in B building closet to the heated pool. We also have an excelent view of the pool! Feel free to call anytime with further questions you may have. NOTE: If our calander shows rented, we may be able to refer you to another. We rented from another owner for a few years at Moon Bay Resort. We felt at home at Moon Bay because of the great time we had. When the oppertunity to buy came we looked at the 2-3 other properties in the Key Largo. Nothing compared to Moon Bay because of the location and features for an owner as well as our guests.

This is our second stay and once again it was great. Everything is clean and in great working order and we felt at home here in your lovely get away. We saw the best sunsets of any trip down. Great time of year to be here, as we felt we had the place to ourselves. Thank-you for allowing us to be a little part of the Moon Bay community for a few days.

Probably the best vacation ever! Beautiful condo, beautiful view, beautiful pool. Very helpful people. We went snorkeling, soaked up lots of sun. Went to the Fish House (Amazing!) The movies & video games made downtime fun. All together a great time! Thank-You so much for letting us stay here. It's beautiful, relaxing, and perfect.
