Our Moon Bay Condominium unit # B403, fourth floor, is located directly on the scenic Blackwater Sound near Florida Bay with a direct waterfront view , as shown in the photo below.
The interior of our unit is very comfortable with every convenience of home. All our linens are new and there are plenty of them. Our kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance you will need. Our walls are tastefully decorated with nautical memorabilia that will surely make you feel you are in an island get away. We live only a short distance away and strive to keep our unit immaculate, organized, and dust free at all times. We’re always making small improvements whenever we can. For example, All brand New for 2013 Imact Windows and Slinding Glass Doors! We inspect frequently and make sure everything is in working order. We even do our own cleaning between guests from time to time. This insures our home is up to the highest standards you deserve. You will notice the difference. The legendary Caribbean Club where the clasic movie Key Largo was filmed,Jimmy Johnson's Big Chill, and Marriott Hotel, are within walking distance of our condo. They feature live bands nightly with dancing and pool tables also,great food always served.
The Keys have no shortage of souvenir shops along the highway. We also have the largest selection of dive shops you have ever seen. There is a K-Mart in Key Largo and a Walmart and outlet mall 30 minutes north in Florida City. Large shopping malls are within a one hour drive north. Provisioning can be easily done from a number of mini-markets as well as 2 major grocery stores complete with fresh fruits and vegetables, deli, bakery, and beer, wine, and liquor sales.

Excellent Sunset views from Marina and Sun Deck! You’ll enjoy the the lush tropical landscaping. The spacious clubhouse includes saunas and kitchen, TV, and Ping-Pong. Wireless Internet (WiFi) always available.
Our private deeded boat slip #11 is available for a maximum 30 foot vessel,overall length (proof of liability insurance is required). Our unit is located in B building closet to the heated pool. When the oppertunity to buy came I looked at 2-3 other properties in the Key Largo. Nothing compared to Moon Bay because of the location and features for an owner as well as our guests.
