NEW (2006) LUXURY CONDO WITH A SPECTACULAR view of the Gulf Coast’s emerald waters and sugar white sand beach from the 21st floor (private balcony) of our new premium quality, professionally decorated condominium. You will revel in the breathtaking view and the sound of the ocean from the spacious living room, the master bedroom, and from the 26-foot private balcony.

Our 2-year old condo has ceramic-tiled floors in the entry, kitchen, and great room, as well as granite countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms. The living room entertainment center includes a 32-inch flat-tube television, DVD/VCR progressive scan combo, and stereo CD player. The master bedroom includes a 27-inch flat-tube television and DVD player, and the second bedroom includes a 20-inch television and DVD player.
Additional amenities include high-speed Internet access in all rooms (outlet in all rooms, one cable provided), a full-sized washer and dryer, and a walk-in closet in the master bedroom.
FREE Wifi INTERNET ACCESS IS AVAILABLE IN THE LOBBY
Calypso Resort and Towers includes two beautiful 175' pools between the building and the beach, covered parking garage with elevator, on-site rental management, central check-in lobby, and 24-hour security. Renters have free videos (limited to 2 per day), and use of 2 stationary beach chairs and 1 umbrella on "first come" basis.
The resort is just across the street from the delightfully (NEW)Pier Park Shopping Center. Plus, we are conveniently located just minutes away from the Calypso Beach Café, Gulf World Wild Animal Park and Entertainment Theater, and the Frank Brown Sports Complex. The Calypso Resort is also located just 1.5 miles away from the PCB Library and the Florida Visitors Center (which provides FREE INTERNET USE) located on the corner of State Road 79 and US 98.
The Calypso Resort is also conveniently located on the west-central end of the beach at 15817 Front Beach Road (1.1 miles east of St. Road 79) away from the east end of the beach, which becomes highly congested during peak occupancy times.

Why the Owner Chose Calypso Resort Towers
We chose to buy in Panama City Beach because it has the most beautiful white sand beaches and the most gorgeous emerald waters of the entire Gulf Coast. We chose Calypso because of its beautiful design and its proximity to Pier Park and Dan Russell Pier.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Calypso provides two 175-foot swimming pools. We also enjoy ocean swimming and snorkeling and often see manta rays, dolphins and an occasional manatee. We toast the beautiful sunsets every opportunity we get. We see a wide variety of birds in Pier Park and enjoy shopping and dining at the shops and restaurants. Local attractions that we particularly like include Gulf World, Zoo World, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and two nearby state parks (St. Andrews and Camp Helen state parks). We enjoy walking the beaches and collecting sea shells. Sometime this summer the fishing pier will be completed.

We went down for an impromptu girls trip. This condo is awesome! It has everything you need - very well equipped! The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We had our coffee out there every morning and enjoyed watching the dolphins. Mr. Goehring was very easy to work with and the Calypso staff were very friendly. We will definitely be coming back!!
