RECENT FIRST CLASS RENOVATION!! Located in beautiful Shipyard Plantation on Hilton Head Island, Brigantine Quarters is a secluded area off the main road, a 46 villa area with two pools (one is heated), and within a one and and half block of the public beach (closest resort to the beach!). This Condominium is a second floor with great views overlooking a large lagoon. Bedroom windows face the lagoon as well.
There are lots of things to do to suit anyone! Three golf courses in Shipyard, rental bikes that can be delivered to your villa for use on the many off road bike paths, all kinds of restaurants within two miles, public beach access, and a new Beach Club facility on the ocean with a snack bar, restrooms, private lockers and showers, and several challenging mini-golf courses for the whole family to enjoy.
The villas had extensive remodelling done in the past several years and besides having a vaulted ceiling, the upgrades included appliances, flooring, and furniture bathrooms, and kitchens... all with a professionals touch. The grounds are well maintained and very lush.
Inside, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds and each bedroom has its own private bath. There is a large sleeper sofa in the living room which can accommodate two people as well.
The kitchen is equipped with microwave, refrigerator, range, dishwasher, dishes and utensils, toaster, coffeemaker, and much more. Just bring your food and enjoy the island.
Besides all the activities on the Island, you are just a short 40-mile drive to beautiful Savannah, Georgia. Check out the historic downtown or eat dinner on the riverfront docks... absorb the flavor of a time long past!

This is a great unit and the prices are very hard to beat, if at all possible to beat. The lagoon view is great, lots of sunshine during the day, anything in Brigantine is excellent - if you have been there you know. If you have not, well if you are looking to relax in a location with all of the amenities as well as be close to the beach, close to most things, Brigantine is it, If you are looking to rock and roll you are in the wrong place. But for truly having a vacation and relaxing, we have never been to a better spot and thus far this unit is our favourite. Thank you Don. Mike McCarthy
