Fabulous, spacious new home that is very clean, 2800 square feet all on 1 level, beautifully furnished with high-end furniture, high quality mattresses, plenty of parking, lots of activities provided with in-home: ping-pong table, foos ball table, video system and games, cable TV, sports equipment, scooters, bike, darts, horseshoes, chess/backgammon, games, 200 movies, etc.

There are 6 televisions, 4 DVD/VCR combos, 2 VCR players, outdoor furniture, which includes a hammock, 2 refrigerators, and soaking bath tub. There are also 2 sets of golf clubs, as Bear Trap Dunes Country Club and Golf Course are across the street within walking distance. Community pool is free. Deck/patio are almost finished.

The free 3 hour ***LIMO RIDE*** is provided by the owner, Scott Mayhew for weekly renters while staying in this vacation property. It is a 10 passenger Lincoln that has stars in the ceiling, moon roof, tv, vcr, stereo, leather interior. ***7 FREE hours are given for 2 week rentals***
