Enjoy a serene setting with amazing views from this 3 bedroom Orleans home. Bring your kayaks & canoes to take full advantage of the lake front location. A private *boat dock* makes accessing the lake for swimming or boating easy. As you enter the home you will find a nice open layout with views from almost every room. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with large doors leading out to the decks as well as cable and a flat screen. In the master suite you will find a queen size bed, flat screen TV, sliding doors out to the deck and lake as well as a full bathroom. The two other bedrooms have a full and 2 twins respectively. An extra sleeping area off the living room has a full sleep sofa. Out on the deck you have a gas grill for evening Barbeque's with patio furniture for dining outside. Other added features include an *outdoor enclosed shower*, *WIFI* and even *A/C*.
TENANTS MUST PROVIDE SHEETS AND TOWELS. PILLOWS AND BLANKETS ARE PROVIDED.
