  If you are looking at condo's in Myrtle Beach, this is the one you want!! The view was perfect. The location in the complex couldn't have been better. The condo was updated, clean, and had everything need for an enjoyable stay. This condo also had a local charm inspired by a personal touch. The second bath was a huge timesaver. The bunk beds were adorable, and a tv in every room was an unexpected bonus. My famly loved it!! Both Bobbie and her daugher were very helpful setting up the accomodations as well as helping find local attractions suitable for my entire family. We couldnt have been more pleased! A very short walk to the oceanfront pool and the beach were definately worth mentioning as well. We also had a lady stop us on the way out and asked if she could take a quick look inside the condo. She expressed to my wife that she was shocked at how nice it was compared to the one they had rented. Thanks again to you and your family for sharing your condo with us Bobbie.   This condo is lovely, clean, and well maintained. It is very close to the beach, and there's so much to do at the resort! The photo from the balcony is exactly how the view looks! The only things I would like to see are more towel racks and maybe a portable closet in the second bedroom. Other than that, it was GREAT!! Renting through Bobbie was easy, and we loved going right to the condo to get our key!

  We rented this condo for 1 week with total of 4 people staying. The condo was clean and well decorated. Floors are nice, Kitchen is nice. The glass sliding doors to balcony do not have any blinds or curtains, so the morning sun does come into condo. The furniture on balcony is rusted and old. The bathrooms did not any toilet paper or towel racks. The beds do not have mattresses, just box springs and little piece of foam. The bunk bed in 2nd bedroom is very unsafe. The top bed is not secure and we were unable to use it. The 2nd bedroom also does not have a closet. Therefore, we would not rent this condo again.

  Owner response: To Jeff and Nancy, I only heard good reports from you during your stay. No one called me about any of these concerns. i had people before and after they had mattress and I made sure the cleaning service checked off there check list. I would have had maintaince come in while you were there. I still have not heard from you since you have been back home. I am sorry but I am six hours away and unless someone tells me I dont know. People have always have been real happy with their stay. Also if they needed anything I always make sure it's done as quick as possible. so sorry Bobbbie

  Stayed the last week of June, and the first week of July. The condo is very beautiful, clean and roomy, but not exactly what we were expecting. The listing states it is "top floor unit". It is not, it is on 4th floor of a 5 story building. That was not the big problem though. The big problem was location to beach. The picture shown in the listing as a "balcony view", is a balcony view, but not to this condo. There is no way possible that picture was taken from this unit. Be prepared to walk a couple hundred yards to the beach. You are overlooking a campground. Emailed Bobbie about the discrepancies, never responded. Was timely in responding afterwards about returning our deposit though. Even though it was a pretty condo and slept an amount we needed, I know I could have gotten a place closer to the beach for the amount we were charged. People with disabilities, such as us, will have a difficult time reaching the beach.

  Myrtle Beach Resort- We visited MBR just over a week ago, and stayed a week. We had the best time! The condo was gorgeous, newly renovated and VERY clean! The location was perfect- just a few steps to the beach and the beach front pool! The balcony view was amazing- you could see all the way down to the hotel skyline in Mrytle Beach. The resort offered plenty for my family- especially w/ young kids- pools- beach front pool...best one- and my son loved the lazy river. The whole property was impeccable and the staff was helpful and friendly. We had people asking us where we were staying and wanted information about our unit to call on for next year- becuase it truly was the best unit in all of MBR! EXTREMELY close to beach and pool. The condo was furnished really nice and everything has been updated and renovated just as a beach condo should be! The decor was very beachy and everything freshly painted and decorated newly. Everything was very clean, too. THe location is also within driving minutes to everything to do in Myrtle Beach! The Ripley's Museum, Nascar Speedworld (Go-Kart tracks), Skywheel, Mini Golf, Shopping, Dining out and SO MUCH MORE! LOVED THE LOCATION! With or without kids this is the perfect place to stay in Myrtle Beach! We would stay here year after year and would recommend to all our friends & family (and people we've met that would be looking to go to Myrtle Beach). This is truly a GEM of a condo and the resort is, too! We absolutely loved it! Thanks to the owner, Bobbi, who helped us to plan the easiest trip ever...I searched for hours for hotels in Myrtle Beach and was not satisfied with anything that I saw and then I met Bobbi- she gave me her website to look at and immediately I knew we were staying at her condo! She's answered all our questions and has been great!! I HIGHLY recommend this condo to anyone looking to vacation in Myrtle Beach! We will definitely be back!!! and I can't wait!

  Upon entering, we were taken back by the BEAUTIFUL, UNOBSTRUCTED, FULL view of the beach!!! We couldn't have been closer. The condo was just what we needed. The furnishing and decorations were tasteful and added to the beach atmosphere. The pools were amazing. Our kids loved the kiddie pools and lazy river. Owner was helpful and took time to answer questions. We just loved it. Looking forward to the next time we will be back.

  When my husband and I arrived and entered this condo...it was apparent that it had been cleaned and sanitized, the wonderful wood flooring, furnishings and decor were just as the owner had described-attractive, clean and well kept. If you like to see the sun rise, it is a wonderful location and the balcony was thoroughly enjoyable throughout the day and evening. The pools and beach are readily available and the lazy river was enjoyed not only be children but adults too. I would recommend this property for families and it was great for adults. The owner was very helpful and everything was as indicated.
