THIS GROUND FLOOR CONDO ALLOWS YOU TO STROLL OUT ONTO YOUR LANAI AND OUT TO THE OCEAN CONVENIENTLY... BUT ~ the most important element about THIS condo, being ground floor, and wonderful is that YOU WILL HAVE VERY LITTLE FOOT TRAFFIC IN FRONT OF YOUR CONDO!!!! This is something that many people do not think about.. (We didn’t ~ until we stayed in a ground floor condo that was right along the ocean BUT it was in a building in a more ‘populated area’ and we had ‘cruisers’ all day and night in front of our condo!! Sure, it is great to go out every now and then but this whole complex is so comfortable that barbequing, ocean front ~ day dreaming into the ocean or watching the sun set while cooking, and just relaxing in your comfy shorts with ‘ocean ridden hair and not caring - haha’ is sometimes the key to a long day... A nice relaxing dinner at HOME!!!

In the winter months, WATCH THE WHALES FROM YOUR LANAI (patio) as the adult whales teach their newborn babies how to jump and play in the AU AU Channel that is DIRECTLY (and CLOSE) in front of your condo. No need to even go on a boat to watch for whales! They are BREATHTAKING!!! We do, however, have so many happy and satisfied guests that return to our (theirs too ~ our home is your home!) condo every year that our whale season fills up fast. So ~ book early for whale season!!!

GOLF ~ GOLF ~ GOLF... Golfing at one of the championship golf courses at Kapalua and/or Kaanapali, which are all just minutes away, is so different than golfing on the mainland. You can have your worse day of golf and you really do not care!! You are in Maui ~ so ‘hang loose’!! You will be able to enjoy the lush and tropical courses regardless of your game.

  • Sorry, we are a little late posting our comments about your condo and we apologize. We stayed in your condo last year (Oct. 25 - Nov. 4) and we LOVED it! We arrived at night to the tiki torches and the sound of the ocean. We immediately made dinner and ate outside on the wonderful patio. We loved that the condo was on the first floor and literally 10 feet away to the ocean!! The following days were full of zip-lining, the road to Hana (and we ran into the winery and fell in LOVE with the Maui Blanc. We recently just ordered some new bottles of wine online!), snorkeling w/ the huge sea turtles (right outside the condo which was GREAT), dining in some great restaurants, taking a dinner cruise on the Pacific Whale Foundation (and the food was AWESOME!) participating in Halloween in Lahaina (which is crazy but REALLY fun), and soaking up the sun on the private beach which is only 50 feet away. We really can't wait to go back. The condo had everything we needed and it was so CLEAN! It was great to lounge and catch up on some reading too. Overall, our adventure to Maui was unforgettable and we have the pictures to prove it. We are looking forward to visiting again. Yes, Halloween is 'overload of fun and interesting people' in Maui for sure!!   • Marianne, Thank you so much for an amazing experience in Maui. I can't imagine staying anywhere else but your condo on Maui! Every day Munish and I would talk about how lovely your place is, and how glad we are that we didn't stay in a resort! It was private, romantic, well equipped, upscale, extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Your hospitality shines through!!! We did see the turtles, and even snorkeled with them right off of your beach (did not get too close though!). Please feel free to use me as a reference for any future vacationers. And let me know how else I can help, I'm happy to place a shining review. A few things we really enjoyed on the island: actually, we really like the trip to Haleakala crater, but we did not do the whole sunrise thing. We figured we're here to relax, so we left around 6am to get there (our jet lag had us getting up early, which was great). We did a hike down the side of the crater called Halemanu, which was steep but beautiful. It's a rugged, rough place, and it was nice to see this part of Maui. Of course we loved all the beaches and snorkeling - we snorkeled almost every day. The drive along the north coast was gorgeous, and there's a 4 mile hike that can be done near the end of this drive with amazing views. Eating: we did a lot of cooking at the condo! The fish market and farmer's market were great for that. Also, we liked Sansei's, and we went to Roy's for a splurge (very good). Okay, thanks again for everything! Best wishes, Sarita

Thanks for all of the great info - you were right on about Warren & Annabelle's - I can see why one lady in the audience had been there 10 times. Your condo was first class all the way, we couldn't have asked for a better place or location - the view and proximity to the ocean were 5+ Star. Thanks for going the extra mile on all of the info packages, luggage tags, reviews, phone calls etc that you provided both before and during our stay. This helped alot because to be truthful, we were overwhelmed the first day with the vast array of things to do and see on the island. We can definitely see why almost everyone we talked to keeps coming back to Maui year after year - just like the turtles and the whales! Hopefully you will have room again for us next year.
