OUR PRIVATELY OWNED VACATION RENTAL CONDO HAS BEEN REMODELED TASTEFULLY WITH HAWAIIAN ART AND HAS A VERY ‘WARM FEELING’ TO IT!! Nice, heavy duty furniture (not 'run of the mill' rental quality anything here - all first class!!) that is comfortable and CLEAN!!! A new kitchen bar with granite counter tops and quality appliances. Comfortable sectional sofa positioned so that you will enjoy the breathtaking view of the ocean and surrounding islands. The bedroom has an air conditioner and a king-size deluxe bed (duvet cover for bed fresh and clean for every new guest).
THERE IS NOTHING MORE 'BLISSFUL' THAN WAKING UP IN PARADISE, ROLLING OUT OF BED AND GOING STRAIGHT OUT INTO THE OCEAN (bed~head and all) with all of your snorkeling gear to have your morning swim with the turtles and the array of gorgeous, bright colored tropical fish every morning in your PRIVATE snorkeling area right in front of your condo.....
If you get tired of gazing at the beauty of whales, rainbows and double rainbows, sunsets, turtles, dolphins, flowers, manta rays and more OR you cannot go without watching your favorite sports on the weekends ~ you have a NEW 42 INCH HIGH DEFINITION PLASMA TV TO WATCH!!!! (HD cable channels included also)
THIS GROUND FLOOR CONDO ALLOWS YOU TO STROLL OUT ONTO YOUR LANAI AND OUT TO THE OCEAN CONVENIENTLY... BUT ~ the most important element about THIS condo, being ground floor, and wonderful is that YOU WILL HAVE VERY LITTLE FOOT TRAFFIC IN FRONT OF YOUR CONDO!!!! This is something that many people do not think about.. (We didn’t ~ until we stayed in a ground floor condo that was right along the ocean BUT it was in a building in a more ‘populated area’ and we had ‘cruisers’ all day and night in front of our condo!! There was no privacy at all.) YOU WILL HAVE YOUR PRIVACY AT THIS CONDO!!!!
BEST SEAT ON THE ISLAND FOR DINNER!!! ON YOUR LANAI!!!! Dining, literally, does not get any better than at home on your lanai... Sure, it is great to go out every now and then but this whole complex is so comfortable that barbequing, ocean front ~ day dreaming into the ocean or watching the sun set while cooking, and just relaxing in your comfy shorts with ‘ocean ridden hair and not caring - haha’ is sometimes the key to a long day... A nice relaxing dinner at HOME!!!
GREAT WAVES FOR SURFING AND BOOGIE BOARDING. BUT CALM ENOUGH TO SNORKELING FOR HOURS!!! GREAT BEACH FOR LAYING OUT, MAKING SAND CASTLES, SHELLING, RELAXXXING!!!
AT SUNSET, TIKI TORCHES ARE LIT, ENHANCING THE AMBIANCE OF THIS ROMANTIC ISLAND OF MAUI...
WHALES ~ WHALES ~ WHALES!!! In the winter months, WATCH THE WHALES FROM YOUR LANAI (patio) as the adult whales teach their newborn babies how to jump and play in the AU AU Channel that is DIRECTLY (and CLOSE) in front of your condo. No need to even go on a boat to watch for whales! They are BREATHTAKING!!! We do, however, have so many happy and satisfied guests that return to our (theirs too ~ our home is your home!) condo every year that our whale season fills up fast. So ~ book early for whale season!!!
GOLF ~ GOLF ~ GOLF... Golfing at one of the championship golf courses at Kapalua and/or Kaanapali, which are all just minutes away, is so different than golfing on the mainland. You can have your worse day of golf and you really do not care!! You are in Maui ~ so ‘hang loose’!! You will be able to enjoy the lush and tropical courses regardless of your game.
Of course THERE IS PLENTY OF SHOPPING ALSO!!! Shop at nearby Old Lahaina, Kapalua, Lahaina Cannery Mall and/or Whalers Village in Kaanapali.

THESE ARE JUST THE MAIN ISSUES THAT I AM VERY PATICULAR ABOUT. BE ASSURED THAT ALL 'SMALLER DETAILED AREAS' ARE TAKEN CARE OF WITH THE SAME AMOUNT OF CARE AS WELL.'
