Newer home completely redecorated with brand new, in-ground, heated pool enclosed for privacy as well as the weather. It is a short walk to the beautiful white sandy beach of Panama City Beach.

There is satellite TV in the living room and master bedroom. There is also an outdoor shower for when you come back from the beach with hot/cold water. The house has everything you will need for a great vacation. Cleaning is included in most weekly prices.

The west end of PCB is a lot more private and the traffic is definitely much better. This is the part of the beach families want to be in. The beach is not overpopulated like the east side and the water is awesome. Go snorkeling, fishing, swimming or just bake on the beach while getting a cool breeze that you do not find in many places on the gulf. You will always have a great time here. House comes with beach and pool toys for the kids and big kids :)There are also board games for kids and adults.

  • Rich We really enjoyed our week-long stay in early August. Everything was just as we had hoped. As other guests mentioned, the private pool and washer and dryer are big pluses. We usually had the beach to ourselves, except for a handful of people.One of our favorite places was St. Andrew`s State Park. We never made it over to Shell Island, because we enjoyed fishing off the piers and swimming and snorkeling at the protected beach near the jetty so much.Caught tons of fish, and saw a tremendous variety of wildlife, including the gators on the airboat ride. Thanks for the chance to enjoy your home and Panama City beach. Also, thanks to the family that left the beach umbrella too !!!

  • Very much enjoyed our stay. It was nice having a pool to swim when ever we wanted and a washer & dryer to take care of wet swimwear and towels. Very nice neighborhood and the beach was not overly crowded. Our family gives it a two thumps up.

  • Rich, Our stay was wonderful in your home. The house was exactly as you described and it felt very inviting and much like home, we are glad that we chose this location. We had a great experience in PCB! (except for a few days of storms)Also we purchased a beach umbrella and left it in the pool room for your other guest to enjoy (I am not sure if you have an inventory of items or not) The umbrella was not very expensive and we could not get it back on to our flight with us so we decided to “donate” it to your items. We did not get a chance to drive by the Kelly St address at all and we are looking for it on the vacationrentals website could you possibly send us a link to it? We most defiantly want to visit PCB again next year and wanted to check this place out… Thanks, Amber Grandstaff

  • I am just getting around to e-mailing you about our stay last weekend in your Panama City Beach Home. Everything exceeding our expectations and the house was clean and everything was in order. Rick, the cleaning guy was very helpful and friendly when helping us with the pool heat. I would definitely recommend this house to my friends and family. We did not get around to looking at the new house on Kelly St. due to time restraints. :( I hope you found everything was in order when we left, we washed towels and dishes and made the beds :) Thanks again, for letting us share your home away from home.   • hello Rich! Just wanted to let you know we had a great time this week. The baseball didn't go so great. We went 3 and 3 and didn't really place. I think we would have been 5th out of 12 - dissappointing. We loved Florida and were glad we ended up with an extra couple of days. I have told my family about the house and we hope to maybe rent again next year. We will need another house or two to rent if we all go maybe you can suggest something? Oh well, thanks again, Debra Sangster
