You will love this home with the PRIVATE POOL with screen enclosure (yes sun does get through, it's just to keep the pool clean). You cannot go wrong with this house. Read comments from other guests.
Newer home completely redecorated with brand new, in-ground, pool enclosed for privacy in fenced yard. Located on the west end on Dolphin Ave,it is a short walk (approximately 5 minutes) or a very short drive( less than 1 minute) to the beautiful white sandy beach of Panama City Beach. Near Sunnyside, Laguna Beach, Hollywood Beach.
There is satellite TV in the living room and master bedroom. There is also an outdoor shower for when you come back from the beach. The house has everything you will need for a great vacation. Short 5 minute drive to Frank Brown Park and the new Pier Park. Also, this great location is only 5 minutes to 30 A.
Nearby shopping, Publix, Winn Dixie, Target.
The west end of PCB is a lot more private and the traffic is definitely much better. There are no high rise condos. This is the part of the beach families want to be in. The beach is not overpopulated like the east side and the water is awesome. Go snorkeling, fishing, swimming or just bake on the beach, then you can always go back to your own private pool. You will always have a great time here.

Rich We really enjoyed our week-long stay in early August. Everything was just as we had hoped. As other guests mentioned, the private pool and washer and dryer are big pluses. We usually had the beach to ourselves, except for a handful of people.One of our favorite places was St. Andrew`s State Park. We never made it over to Shell Island, because we enjoyed fishing off the piers and swimming and snorkeling at the protected beach near the jetty so much.Caught tons of fish, and saw a tremendous variety of wildlife, including the gators on the airboat ride. Thanks for the chance to enjoy your home and Panama City beach. Also, thanks to the family that left the beach umbrella too !!!

My family and I really enjoyed the house. It was very nice and my boys enjoyed the pool. We will definitely be looking at your rental schedule next summer for a return visit.

Very much enjoyed our stay. It was nice having a pool to swim when ever we wanted and a washer & dryer to take care of wet swimwear and towels. Very nice neighborhood and the beach was not overly crowded. Our family gives it a two thumps up.

We were very pleased with our stay at your home. The house was very clean, well maintained & nicely decorated. It is in a very quiet, nice neighborhood. I'm sure the house on Kelly St. will be just as nice when you're ready to rent it.

I am just getting around to e-mailing you about our stay last weekend in your Panama City Beach Home. Everything exceeding our expectations and the house was clean and everything was in order. Rick, the cleaning guy was very helpful and friendly when helping us with the pool heat. I would definitely recommend this house to my friends and family. We did not get around to looking at the new house on Kelly St. due to time restraints. :( I hope you found everything was in order when we left, we washed towels and dishes and made the beds :) Thanks again, for letting us share your home away from home. We had a blast!

hello Rich! Just wanted to let you know we had a great time this week. The baseball didn't go so great. We went 3 and 3 and didn't really place. I think we would have been 5th out of 12 - dissappointing. We loved Florida and were glad we ended up with an extra couple of days. I have told my family about the house and we hope to maybe rent again next year. We will need another house or two to rent if we all go maybe you can suggest something?
