Quiet small town florida location without alot of traffic. The unit is at the back of the property with all views toward the lake. Short drive to supermarket , mall, resturants, sidewalks to go to center of village
Sebring is accessible by AMTRAK rail 6 blocks to the station
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Two churches across the street from the Condo Complex. Close to everything with light or no traffic. No road noise.
Low cost golf, shopping and dining. Highland Hammock State Park rated one of the top natural parks in florida is a short 7 mile drive. Sitting by the edge of the lake reading a good book or using the Lania for the same quiet times is some of our favorite things.
