This comfortable three-story contemporary townhouse is in the heart of Jackson Village, at the end of a short cul-de-sac. It is situated along the Wildcat River, and the Wentworth Golf Club's 10th Fairway and the Jackson Ski Touring Foundation. The privately owned townhouse is associated with the Wentworth Hotel and Resort.
Enjoy surrounding mountain views, including the Presidential Range to the west, with amazing sun sets and dawn colors.Safely walk to golf and ski touring, waterfalls, the outdoor pool, massage and salon, restaurants, farmers' market, galleries and shops, library, church, historic covered bridge, etc. Many sporting and leisure activities are close by, and seasonal vistas are ever-changing!
On the main level, an open bright living and dining room with a fireplace, stereo, TV with dvd/vcr is adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen and breakfast room.
There is a separate playroom downstairs with a foosball table and ipod flat screen TV, with a walk-out to the "back yard" which is the golf course/cross country ski trails.
Additionally, there is a loft on the third floor with space for reading, doing a puzzle, or stretching and exercising.
Grill or unwind on the west facing deck! The eastern entry overlooks the Wildcat River, into the village park, and Tyrol and Thorne Mountain.
The master suite upstairs includes a whirlpool tub and separate tiled shower, a king-size bed and west-facing views.
Downstairs, the double bunk room sleeps four, and the guest room has two twin beds (capable of being pushed together.) There is a full bath room and separate laundry room downstairs, also. Up to eight people may stay comfortably here!
