Casa Brisa del Mar is a wonderfully furnished, three bedroom, three bath, palapa-roofed, Mexican-style "Casa". It is the perfect getaway for a private, tropical vacation. This beautiful villa is located at the top of Nanzal Hill, overlooking the town of Sayulita, the jungle and the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Due to its location, there is always an ocean breeze, which keeps the villa comfortable, even during the "hot" season. This villa sleeps six people, however it can accommodate eight only if there are two small children who sleep in the bedroom with parents in the twin beds provided.
Upon arrival at Brisa, guests will first walk through an immaculately kept tropical garden, complete with flowering plants,large palm trees and a lush lawn. This is a beautiful spot to sit, enjoy the views, read a book or visit with family/friends. Guests enter Casa Brisa through an open air courtyard before going through the front door. Once in the villa, guests will be greeted by a breathtaking, panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean. Glass doors can be completely opened to allow cool breezes and the sound of the ocean to calm and soothe. During certain times of the year whales are clearly visable as they swim/play in the ocean. What a way to spend a vacation!
The setup of the villa includes two bedrooms upstairs (one with a queen bed and a twin bed and the other with a queen bed only), a full kitchen, a dining room, living room and deck, all with ocean views. Outside steps lead to the lower level(also complete with ocean views) where there is a third bedroom(queen bed and a twin bed)and a large covered porch with built-in couches, and a jacuzzi where you can cool off and have a water massage. Imagine relaxing in this clear pool, as you look at the ocean and listen to the waves crashing. All of the bedrooms, upstairs and down, are oversized and have their own, private bathroom.
From Casa Brisa, it is a short walk down the hill to the ocean. One could also walk to town. Having a car, however, may be preferable if you have children or don't want to walk up the hill. Surfboards, sea kayaks, masks, snorkels, fins and much more are all available for rent beachside and in town. Upon arrival in Sayulita our guests will go directly to Avalos Realty to pick up the keys and be escorted to our villa. Avalos staff, our property manager, gardener and his wife (who keeps our home clean,and maintain the garden) will be available to our guests during their stay.

Why the Owner Chose Sayulita
We love the ocean. In 2005 we were visiting Sayulita. We have a friend who is a realtor there. We fell in love with this house because of the private location,the beautiful garden, the cool breezes and the unbelievable ocean views from every room. Sayulita is close enough that we can travel between Durango,CO and Sayulita in a half day by air. It is a wonderful, relaxing getaway from the busyness of everyday life.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We have five grown children and their families/significant others, who love to surf and play in the ocean. All of us enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking,biking,swimming, snorkeling etc. and we can enjoy all of these activities in Sayulita.
Cool and Breezy even in the hot season. Panaramic views of the Pacific ocean from every room.

We enjoyed our time at Casa Brisa Del Mar immensely. It is all the rental site says it is - set in a tropical paradise with spectacular views. We especially enjoyed wine and dinner on the terrace, looking for whales and marveling at the sunset. Thanks for a lovely experience in Sayulita!
