This apartment is just about everything depicted in the discription and is in a prime location. It is within 15 minute walking distance to the Opera House, Spectacular Shopping, the metro, busses, and has a fresh pastry and market that is on the same block. A 10 minute taxi ride and you are at many prim locations along the river including the Louvre, Notre Dame, and the Concourse. The rooms are lovely, large and well decorated. In some of the bedrooms there are no closets and the some of the bathrooms are very tiny. The apartment has limited power so be careful not to turn on major applicances at the same time. The apartment is located on an active street next to a club. If you are a light sleeper this is not the right apartment for you. Overall despite the active street noise, it was a pleasant stay.

Fabulous! Fabulous! Fabulous! We had the most excellent 2 week holiday in Paris and this apartment was the catalyst for that. The location is perfect, a 10 minute walk from the Louvre. The size and layout was superb, 5 large bedrooms and 5+ bathrooms, huge living room, huge kitchen...even with 10 people staying here we never felt crowded we sometimes even had to look for each other. The apartment was perfectly equipped with everything we needed from kitchen to bedroom to living/lounging area to laundry facilities, there was nothing we wanted for. On the day of our arrival we were meet by the property management greeter who walked us through the entire apartment and gave hands on (perfect English) instructions for everything. One issue with the phone during our stay was corrected within 5 minutes of being reported to the property management team. Between Thomas, Justine and Olivier we could not have asked for better service. The neighborhood was perfect we felt safe walking around at all hours of the day and night. There were several Metro stations just a short short walk in many directions. There were grocery stores in three different directions within a 2 minute walk. There is a restaurant right below the apartment but noise was never an issue morning or night. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone and we hope to be able to rent it again ourselves. Here's to Paris Vacation 2013!!!
