Why the Owner Chose Alii Villas
I LOVE KONA! We just live up the hill and on weekends when the unit isn't occupied I love coming down to enjoy this oceanside setting! It's vacationing in our own backyard pretty much and I appreciate this blessing!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The ocean is mesmerizing and it is so enjoyable to watch it while sitting on the lanai morning, noon or night! While other Alii Villas guests have to stroll down to the water's edge to enjoy a sunset, we get to enjoy it from our unit! I can't tell you the number of times my friends, clients or guests ask if I would consider selling this unit, because they would want first dibs on buying it!! That says alot right there, but it is my plan to be able to retire here one day!

Kona has been my home since 1982. I began a career selling Real Estate shortly thereafter, specializing on the Kona Coast since 1986. Scuba and golf are favorite pasttimes of mine and along with my Special Needs Child, we are very active with Special Olympics, Theraputic Horsemanship of Hawaii, The Kalamaku Paddling Organization of Mokuaikaua Church for Persons with Disablities, and Volunteers for the Jonathan Dale Miller Foundation! We feel very blessed to live, work and play in such a beautiful place.

What a charming condo! My wife and daughter and I were in Kona for the Ironman and what a marvelous time it was. There's much to see and do, so we were frequently out, but the time spent in the condo was always comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast and coffee on the lanai. Evening mai-tais watching the sunset on the lanai. Little things added up. Coolers and folding chairs and beach gear. Fully equipped kitchen. Binoculars (from the balcony, we saw spinner dolphins jumping and spinning!) So nice to have the laundry and wireless internet. Snorkeling from the shore right off the condo. A lovely little bbq area. Quiet neighbors too. The condo is neat and clean and well decorated and furnished. The descriptions and pictures in the listing are accurate. And it was always easy to deal with owner/managers. Susan and Peter were communicative and helpful. We always felt assured dealing with such nice and stand-up people. Not sure when we'll be back, but we'll certainly aim to stay here again.
