Welcome to Courtrey Villa our fully licensed, luxury four bedroom, three bathroom property with all you will need to make your holiday the best.

The two master bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms, have king-size beds for your extra comfort. The twin bedrooms are delightfully decorated, one is a Disney themed room for the younger guests, and share a third bathroom.
The pool and spa are both heated (optional) and the decking is extended so there is access all around the pool, plus an added bonus - the pool is not overlooked. There is ample luxury poolside furniture for extra comfort while soaking up the sun.
There are TV's/Dvd's in all bedrooms with cable tv. A large HD TV in the lounge with the Premiership Football (Soccer) channel available.
All facilities are available within the villa including a giant fridge/freezer with ice maker, dish washer, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, cooker and microwave, air conditioning, PS2 games station, pool table, foosball, air hockey, computer with FREE broadband & wifi, FREE cot, high chair & stroller.
We also provide a FREE phone card for your calls home.
We provide toilet rolls & soap in each bathroom for your arrival but after that all sundries need to be purchased by guests.
Just 2 minutes away are a giant 24hr Walmart,loads of restaurants, a Winn Dixie supermarket and 24hr Walgreens Pharmacy for your convenience.
The entertainment & shopping complex of Posner Park, and Eagle Ridge Shopping Mall are a short drive away.
Courtrey Villa is within a gated community which has a natural lake within it's boundaries where you can enjoy fishing from the pier, and we are situated within easy access to all the major roads, US27, 192 and I4.

Why the Owner Chose Orlando
We looked at several rental communities that were built or were being built, and chose Calabay Parc @ Tower Lake because of the quality of design & build of the properties, the space on the community, the villas are not squeezed in on top of each other, so therefore the privacy that gives. The location is ideal, there are shops and restaurants close by. It is easy to get to the east or west coast, and just as easy to nip down the I-4 to all the parks and wherever else you want to get to.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
We don't always go to to the main attractions when we visit, we look for other adventures. We have been bass fishing, gone to Railroad museums, flown a WW2 Warbird, gone on a road trip to Georgia and Tennessee, seen the manatees over at Wachee Weeki, seen the Christmas lights at Silver Springs. There is always something different to do. There is a Tourist Information office just along the road if you want some ideas.

Terry & I had a holiday in Florida and enjoyed it so much we decided to buy our own villa so we could visit whenever we wanted to. We bought our villa from new and chose all the furnishings and decoration ourselves. We are not a business just out to make money, it is our own home in the sun which we are happy to share with you so you too, can enjoy what Florida has to offer. The picture is of me and my niece 'enjoying ' if that's what you call it, the Yeti ride at Disney.

Hi Clare Thought I would send you an e.mail as I was unable to write a testimonial on your site. I would like to say thank you on behalf of all our party for letting us stay at your fantastic villa, it was all it said in the description and more. My son loved the fact you had English football available, the sunset over the lake is really spectacular (so spectacular my son proposed to his girlfriend by it one night). I have to say it is the best villa we have ever stayed in whilst in Florida and hope to be able to stay there again sometime, I will definitely recommend it to family and friends, we went to Mannys as suggested in the visitor book and must say it was well worth it. My family stayed at Courtrey Villa in July 2011. The home is located within a beautful gated community. The location is great as it took us only 15-20 minutes to drive to the Disney parks. The home is looks brand new and is EXTREMELY clean. Kitchen is spacious, bathrooms are nice and a there is a comfortable large living room. All the bedrooms were very nice and spacious. The kids loved the game room in the garage and there is a PS2 with games in one of the bedrooms. There is also a nice selection of board games and DVD's. We traveled with our 2 year old and found that the house had a stroller, playpen and highchair. Everything that you need is there at the house so travel light! The pool was a big hit too. I would say here again the next time I am in Orlando. The home owner was great to work with and returned my deposit promptly!

We absolutely LOVED this home! It was simply perfect for our family of seven! It was extremely well kept and CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! The pool and hot tub were absolutely delightful! The neighborhood was upscale, gated from the outside world and safe! All the conveniences were very close by, as was the access to the highway! We highly recommend choosing this home for anyone's Florida stay! It's truly amazing and a great value! Oh, and Clair the owner is super in all aspects as well!

Awesome rental home with everything one might need to call it a home away from home. it's about 25 minutes from the airport and roughly 15 minutes to Disney. All highway driving to and from with plenty of places to shop nearby. it's the best rental going!!!

Home was very comfortable for 4 adults and 1 10 year old child. Spacious kitchen/dining area. 2 master suites as well as 2 B/R with child motif. Decent kitchen ware for in home meals. Enjoyed our time there. Would consider a return. Property very clean and well kept. Easily accessible shopping nearby. All main Orlando attractions within a short driving distance.

We spent 2 weeks at this villa at Xmas and had a wonderful time. The villa was lovely with all the comforts from home. My husband and kids loved the games room and i came home with no washing due to the great facilities. Would recommend this villa to everyone, and want to go back soon.

Clare, thank you for renting your beautiful villa to our family. We had a wonderful vacation. The villa was perfect! The pool and game room were great to come home to at the end of our busy days. This villa is fantastic. It is very clean and comfortable. We had a great time there and the pool is just wonderful. It is close to Disney and after a long day there this villa is great to come back to for some relaxation. Becky from the mangement company was wonderful

Hi Clare, We had a fabulous time at your property, and our trip to Florida was a great success! I knew it would be warm, and it was, but we all managed to survive the theme parks despite the heat. The kids loved your home, and having as much space as we did kept us all sane for the week. I can now never imagine staying at a hotel if I travel with my whole family; I will opt for a rental property again in a minute. What I realized about midway through the trip was that although we all live together, we normally don’t spend 8 consecutive days all together, 24x7; having ample space to spread out was key to a successful trip. The location worked very well for us, as well. It was an easy drive to both Disney and Universal parks, and we took a trip to Cocoa Beach, too. Rebecca was very courteous, and we didn’t find the trips she needed to make to the house were intrusive in any way. She was also very prompt in response to the one call I had to make to her. All in all, it really could not have gone any smoother for us. I will be sure to tell any friends or family of your property should they be looking to travel to central Florida – I am sure they would enjoy it as much as our family did! Thanks again, Kathy
