My family spent a week at this home in April, 2012 and loved it. Plenty of room for everyone, well appointed, and the kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. The game room was a hit as well. After our stay, our security deposit was promptly returned to me. I have no qualms about recommending this villa for a stay in central Florida.

Hi Clare Thought I would send you an e.mail as I was unable to write a testimonial on your site. I would like to say thank you on behalf of all our party for letting us stay at your fantastic villa, it was all it said in the description and more. My son loved the fact you had English football available, the sunset over the lake is really spectacular (so spectacular my son proposed to his girlfriend by it one night). I have to say it is the best villa we have ever stayed in whilst in Florida and hope to be able to stay there again sometime, I will definitely recommend it to family and friends, we went to Mannys as suggested in the visitor book and must say it was well worth it. Outstanding Orlando Home

My family stayed at Courtrey Villa in July 2011. The home is located within a beautful gated community. The location is great as it took us only 15-20 minutes to drive to the Disney parks. The home is looks brand new and is EXTREMELY clean. Kitchen is spacious, bathrooms are nice and a there is a comfortable large living room. All the bedrooms were very nice and spacious. The kids loved the game room in the garage and there is a PS2 with games in one of the bedrooms. There is also a nice selection of board games and DVD's. We traveled with our 2 year old and found that the house had a stroller, playpen and highchair. Everything that you need is there at the house so travel light! The pool was a big hit too. I would say here again the next time I am in Orlando. The home owner was great to work with and returned my deposit promptly!

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Awesome rental home with everything one might need to call it a home away from home. it's about 25 minutes from the airport and roughly 15 minutes to Disney. All highway driving to and from with plenty of places to shop nearby. it's the best rental going!!!

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Home was very comfortable for 4 adults and 1 10 year old child. Spacious kitchen/dining area. 2 master suites as well as 2 B/R with child motif. Decent kitchen ware for in home meals. Enjoyed our time there. Would consider a return. Property very clean and well kept. Easily accessible shopping nearby. All main Orlando attractions within a short driving distance.

Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We absolutely LOVED this home! It was simply perfect for our family of seven! It was extremely well kept and CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! The pool and hot tub were absolutely delightful! The neighborhood was upscale, gated from the outside world and safe! All the conveniences were very close by, as was the access to the highway! We highly recommend choosing this home for anyone's Florida stay! It's truly amazing and a great value! Oh, and Clair the owner is super in all aspects as well!

We spent 2 weeks at this villa at Xmas and had a wonderful time. The villa was lovely with all the comforts from home. My husband and kids loved the games room and i came home with no washing due to the great facilities. Would recommend this villa to everyone, and want to go back soon.

Clare, thank you for renting your beautiful villa to our family. We had a wonderful vacation. The villa was perfect! The pool and game room were great to come home to at the end of our busy days. The villa is nicely decorated and was very comfortable. We will especially miss the oversized beds in the two suites! Hope to back be soon.

This villa is fantastic. It is very clean and comfortable. We had a great time there and the pool is just wonderful. It is close to Disney and after a long day there this villa is great to come back to for some relaxation. Becky from the mangement company was wonderful

Hi Clare, We had a fabulous time at your property, and our trip to Florida was a great success! I knew it would be warm, and it was, but we all managed to survive the theme parks despite the heat. The kids loved your home, and having as much space as we did kept us all sane for the week. I can now never imagine staying at a hotel if I travel with my whole family; I will opt for a rental property again in a minute. What I realized about midway through the trip was that although we all live together, we normally don’t spend 8 consecutive days all together, 24x7; having ample space to spread out was key to a successful trip. The location worked very well for us, as well. It was an easy drive to both Disney and Universal parks, and we took a trip to Cocoa Beach, too. Rebecca was very courteous, and we didn’t find the trips she needed to make to the house were intrusive in any way. She was also very prompt in response to the one call I had to make to her. All in all, it really could not have gone any smoother for us. I will be sure to tell any friends or family of your property should they be looking to travel to central Florida – I am sure they would enjoy it as much as our family did! Thanks again, Kathy

Clare, Just wanted to send you a message to thank you for letting my family use your villa during our recent stay in Florida. The home was beautiful and a perfect set up for us. The neighbourhood was very quiet. Sunday and Monday were rainy days but that allowed us to get some shopping done and with the rest of the week having gorgeous weather we got to take in the local attractions such as Disney, Gatorland and the beach. It must be so nice for you to know that when you feel the need to escape you have a great place to go to and relax. I know that we would love to make it down there again! The location of this house is very good, just a couple of minutes to the I4, a lot easier than trying to battle through Highway 192 every day! A quite gated community, no building going on here, 2 mins drive is Wallmart and all the usual stores, there is a great Denny's diner just off the I4 as well as other great places to eat close buy if your too tired to cook. The house, first of all it was in the very highest order, clean fresh & modern. The two master bedrooms have doors that access the pool, lounge area was very comfortable and homely, kitchen was perfectly equiped and clean. We all loved the games room and the pool area, again vey clean and perfectly maintained. A great place, we will return.

Hi Clare ... I am taking a few minutes to write to you just to say that our stay at your house from June 29th to July 10th was FANTASTIC !!! We were 7 and everyone enjoyed the house, the pool and the spa. Everything was super clean and much more than we expected. We had a great time at Disney and Universal and each night, the return to '' HOME '' was so calming and relaxing. What a wonderful place you have! Attractive, immaculate, and tastefully furnished, in a lovely neighborhood. The proximity to Disney, shopping, and restaurants was so convenient, but we really would have been just as happy staying home enjoying the pool all day! Just returned from another amazing trip, as usual the house was fantastic & all as previous trips. Loved the new huge tv in the lounge room fantastic, not that I saw much of it too busy in the lovely hot pool. Thanks again for another fantastic visit see you again next year.

We have had a wonderful time in your house. The house is amazing and there is something for everyone to do here. The game room was a big hit with the lads, they spent ages in there. We stayed at the villa for 3 weeks over Easter 2008 - but have only just got around to posting this feedback! We had a great time both when enjoying days in round the pool and when using the villa as a base to visit all of the usual theme park attractions. We found the location convenient for Orlando but far enough away not to be sitting in traffic every time we went out. Some good local restaurants too. We've already recommended the villa to our relatives who are travelling next year - but they were too late! We would be pleased to stay at the villa again when we return to Florida.

We had a lovely time in your villa we loved the pool and our son loved the pool table.The villa was everything you would want and need for your holiday,and would hope to go back again soon.Did not agree with the 15 min to Disney though more like 25 mins

Beautifully furnished and equipped villa with pool, spa and extras. Everything you could wish for. Far enough away from the hussle and bussle of central Orlando for some peace and quiet, but a convenient 15 minutes away from most atractions. We enjoyed our stay and will be looking to rent again next time we go to Florida

What a wonderful home we stayed May 25th 2008. The house is perfect it was exctly what the web site said it was.. There were 9 of us and we all fit very comfortably. What a wonderful home! There were 8 of us, 4 of which were children under 6. The house was perfect for all of our needs and was close to Disney. There was plenty of space to accomodate all of us easily and the spa/pool were used daily and nightly by all of us. The games room was perfect for the kids and for the adults after the kids were asleep. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our vacation and would certainly rent this property again. Thank you for helping to make our vacation a relaxing and memorable one!

I want you to know what a marvelous vacation we had. We loved staying in your home. It was fantastic!! The pool was perfect for our kids! I am so glad it was only 5 feet deep, it really was so much fun! My boys loved having a tv in their room! They got to watch cartoons sometimes! Thank you for providing a computer, it was super helpful to check Disney hours, the weather etc. My teenager finished some homework online too! We love the theme parks but planned hang out days. We just swam and played pool, air hockey etc. My husband really wants a pool table, as do my kids! Thanks also for having a booster seat, made my life easier. I also used the fuzzy baby blanket to rock my daughter before putting her to bed. You thought of everything and it helped us have such a great time as a family! Thanks again!! ~Erika

The house was just great. My family enjoyed it very much. I couldn't keep the kids out of the pool. My Dad actually did not come with us to a Disney Park just so he can soak in the hot tub and play pool. The house was very clean and just the perfect size. I love the fact that it was just a couple minutes from a walmart and not far from Disney. Will definitly stay there again!
