This is a great family resort. Local rental agency provides linens and 24-hour support.
All of condos on Sanibel are privately owned and maintained according to each owner's standards. As owners, we use the property on a regular basis so the unit is maintained in top condition. Kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary cooking equipment. Unit was recently repainted.
If you are worried about the fall storm season, we refund reservation deposits if there is a named storm that interrupts your vacation.
