One of the biggest gulf view units in East Sundial. Completely remodeled in 2005 and updated again in 2009. Frequently used by the owners. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, HD TVs, wireless high-speed internet included. Two bedrooms plus pull-out couch in den. Golf nearby. One of the world's greatest shelling beaches! This is a great family resort. Local rental agency provides linens, cleaning and 24-hour support.
All of condos on Sanibel are privately owned and maintained according to each owner's standards. As owners, we use the property on a regular basis so the unit is maintained in top condition. Kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary cooking equipment.
If you are worried about the fall storm season, we refund reservation deposits if there is a named storm that interrupts your vacation.
