Oceans 11 is open and ready for rental guests! This is no ordinary beach house. Located in Avon on exclusive Kinnakeet Shores lakefront property, here you can fish from your own deck or kayak the surrounding lakes (we provide the kayak!).
Oceans 11 is a 6 bedroom luxury home with private pool. The ground level entry opens to a game and entertainment room, complete with mini bar, fridge and freezer, microwave, and a pool table that can be transformed into an air hockey or ping-pong table! Walk out onto the back deck to the beautiful lakefront POOL and HOT TUB. Our wooden dock makes it easy to access the lake waters.
Oceans 11 sleeps up to 14 people comfortably. The TWO master bedrooms are complete with private bath and Jacuzzi tubs, and open to two private decks. The kids room on the second floor offers a hidden trundle bed for extra guests as well as a gaming system with multiple games.
The Oceans 11 great room is complete with fireplace, upscale island furnishings, entertainment center, and bar. Cooks will love the kitchen with its breakfast island and everyone will enjoy the comfortable dining area with decking. The "4th floor" loft provides an extra sleeping area as well as access to high-speed internet.

Oceans 11 is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, shops, movie theater, and grocery. Also, all of our guests also enjoy FREE access to CLUB HATTERAS, with the islands largest pool, tennis courts, kids playground, and putting green. While your at the club, check out the activities your kids can enjoy: trips to the soundside beach, storytelling, nature hikes, mini golf, and much more.
