It was exactly as the pictures, but somehow better. The views both inside and outside are wonderful. The checking in staff had my info and were helpful. The kitchen was very well supplied with dishes and cutlery, even a couple cookbooks! This condo is perfect for a single person or a couple (very romantic decorating). This was my first time using this web-site. I was a bit nervous at first, but ended with being very pleased with everything. I will definitely book this condo again on future trip to Panama City Beach.

We have stayed in many, many condos in PCB. We really loved the condo, it was decorated beautifully and had tons of high-end up grades. The rental also came with free beach chairs and that was a nice touch. The condo was comfortable and the view was great. The property was landscaped so pretty and they had people working on it daily, it was beautifully maintained. The pool was clean and never crowded. The elevator was fast and never crowded and the staff was helpful. The owner was very prompt in responding to questions and we would highly recommend renting this condo. I am sure we will book with them again. Thanks so much!!!

This was a WONDERFUL place to spend our 28th anniversary! It was decorated beautifully and very,very,very clean. My husband loved the 42" flat screen and feather topper on the bed. The staff was nice and helpful,our check in and out was so easy Our deposit refund was returned promptly and Mr. Phil was nice to work with. Overall, we were "very pleased" with this experience.The location was great and the umbrella beach chairs were great just grab a couple things and head to the beach. It had a terrific view from the balcony we saw dolphins several mornings. We will be staying here every year. We would definitely recommend this condo!

Me and four of my girlfriends rented out this condo for a girl trip spring break. It was very beautifully decorated and clean. We had the perfect amount of space and 2 full baths. The view was also spectacular! It's in a great location and everyone from pelican walk was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this condo!

The condo was again AWESOME! The new electronic upgrades added were perfect as the weather decided not to cooperate for a day. It was very clean and smeeled fresh. The new patio furniture was very comfy as well. This a place that you could live forever! We will be back soon for our 3rd stay!

We stayed in this condo (1010) the week of July 4th. When we walked through the door our whole family said "WOW". Very warm and inviting. Decor was update and had a rich look to it. View of the ocean was spectacular. I loved all the metal and tin decor. I appreciated all the litte details. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into this place. Here are a few words to describe this place: clean, attractive, comfortable, cozy warm colors, inviting, convenient to lots of good restaurants and attractions, a place you don't want to leave!! We will go back again someday!!
