  • The condo was again AWESOME! The new electronic upgrades added were perfect as the weather decided not to cooperate for a day. It was very clean and smeeled fresh. The new patio furniture was very comfy as well. This a place that you could live forever! We will be back soon for our 3rd stay!

  • We stayed in this condo (1010) the week of July 4th. When we walked through the door our whole family said "WOW". Very warm and inviting. Decor was update and had a rich look to it. View of the ocean was spectacular. I loved all the metal and tin decor. I appreciated all the litte details. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into this place. Here are a few words to describe this place: clean, attractive, comfortable, cozy warm colors, inviting, convenient to lots of good restaurants and attractions, a place you don't want to leave!! We will go back again someday!!

  • Pelican Walk 1010 is a beautifully decorated condo. The furnishings are very upscale and comfortable. We especially enjoyed watching the gorgeous sunsets while seated in cushioned wicker chairs with travertine marble flooring that covered even the balcony! My husband liked the feather bed mattress topper so well that I am going to purchase one. We stay in condos 2-3 times a year and this condo is the nicest one bedroom that we have ever stayed in. We will definitely return!

  • This was an AWESOME place to spend our honeymoon! It was decorated beautifully, the condo staff was very nice and helpful, and the location was perfect. We plan to make this our yearly anniversary spot. Our deposit refund was returned promptly and the owners seemed very easy to work with. Overall, we were very pleased with this experience.

  • This was perfect for our honeymoon (and my first ime to FL.) The unit had everything that we needed and then some. The decor was just like home and made us feel very comfortable and the darker colors made it very romantic. We will definetly be back to stay here next year. The view was the best part of the entire unit, staying on the tenth floor- you can see everything and if you watch late in the evening- you'll see dolphins, we did several times.

  • This condo is very nice and had everything we needed. The decor is just a little dark, but still very relaxing and clean. The view is great and the location is peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.
