Very nice beach house just over 100 level steps to the Muskegon channel. This house sits right where the channel meets Lake Michigan. Watch all the ships go into Muskegon lake. The Lake express from Milwaukee has three trips per day (seasonal).

The house has been recently remodeled, and has all new furnishings and bedding this year. You have Pere Marquette Beach right across the street with over one mile of sandy beach. It was also voted one of the cleanest beaches in the nation. USS silversides museum is right around the corner.
