Podere Caldaruccio consisting of 3 country farm houses with 4 units for rent and 1 where the owners live, all of them situated on a hill- top with a fantastic view, and an impressive very old pine grove which is the landmark for the little village below. <b>At guests' disposal:</b> Every unit has its own private garden furnished with tables and chairs. Shared pool without chemical chlorine. 15 x 4 mts depth 1,2-2,5 mts – open from 15 May to 30 September), playground for children, 2 shared barbecues. On the spot there is the possibility of horse-back riding. All of the proposed solutions are part of an extensive property of about 15 acres of land, all with fence and automatic gate (you will receive a remote control), plenty of possibilities of relaxing walking all around or sunbathing in one of a lot of places with green grass. The owner cultivates olive and fruit trees together with vegetables. There is also available an orchard and a biological garden. <b>Distances</b> Ramazzano with food shops 1 km away, Perugia 15 km, Umbertide 16 km away, Gubbio 25 km, Lake Trasimeno 50 km away, Cortona 55 km away, Arezzo 70 km away. At 600 metres from us there'e the bus stop going in many directions, there are city-bus direction to Perugia and external-city bus leading to Gubbio citta di Castello but also Florence, Siena or Roma. There's also at 2 kms the railway station of Ramazzano connected with the main Italian railroad at Perugia, Ponte San Giovanni. Apartment Chalet for 4 adults- Ground floor- 100 sqm it consists of a very big livingroom-kitchen with a fireplace, 5 gas heaters, oven, dishwasher, microvawe and tv sat; 2 big bedrooms (one of 40 square metres and another of 30), very large bathroom with a "family huge" shower. It is a separate part of the main farm-house, with its own garden with table and chairs for enjoing the very nice view on 2 valleys east and west of the hilltop.
