The Borgo Toscano is a small hamlet where nature, landscape and the precious materials used for the restoration are the ingredients for a very special holiday immersed in Tuscan history and beauty in the hills around Pistoia. The decorations and the frescoes recall the typical symbols of the Tuscan art, aiming at creating also inside that typical atmosphere of the worldwide known Italian art. Particular care has been used taking into consideration the energy saving and air conditioning aspects, by installing a big solar panel plant. The hamlet is composed of 2 cottages and one main Villa, very close to eachother, encircled by 55000 sqm of land and variegated wood, offering 1800m. of equipped walking paths. The main Villa is on 3 levels accommodating 8 guests in 2 double rooms with ensuite bathrooms and 2 junior suites with living room; moreover, there is a double sofa bed in a living area. The 2 detached cottages, Limonaia and Mirto, provide 6 more sleeping places in total (see interior description). <b>Ground and exteriors:</b> <b>Garden:</b> A mediterranean garden of 3000 sqm and a particular organic vegetable garden and a large variety of aromatic herbs, with vegetables available for you during your holiday. Woodland and land with fruit trees such as apples, cherries, fig trees - 55000 sqm. <b>Pool:</b> A cosy private pool of 100 sqm (17x6 m, max. depth 1,60m) open from 1st May until 16th October is situated in the green of the mediterranean garden and offering 3 hydromassage points for 2 persons each. Patio, deck chairs, armchairs, tables, shower with hot/cold water. <b>Parking:</b> on the property. <b>At guests' disposal:</b> Patio with large wooden table and chairs for 18 people. Barbecue.
