Welcome to Paradise! This two bedroom, two bath, Pinnacle Port flat is in the MUCH desired C2 Midrise building. This unit on the fourth floor is directly on the Gulf with NO obstruction of your view. It has been completely remodeled and updated with soothing cool tones and lots of attention to detail with beautiful lighted cove ceilings in the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen, with its white cabinets and appliances, has been redesigned to expand the space allowing for incredible views of the Gulf from the kitchen, dining room, and living room.

Master Bedroom is on the Gulf and the Guest bedroom overlooks serene Lake Powell. Both bedrooms have King-Size Beds. Onsite amenities are awesome. TWO heated swimming pools! Why the Owner Chose Pinnacle Port
I bought this condo because the complex offers SO much. I selected this particular unit from all the others on the market at that time because of its location. It has a wonderful view from the fourth floor of a midrise building.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Breathtaking view of the Gulf from the balcony. Also, master bedroom is Gulf side with a wall of windows you can open and let the surf sing you to sleep. Gated community. Fishing is great. From the pier at Pinnacle Port which is in Lake Powell, to the Inlet, to Surf Fishing. Pinnacle Port offers Tennis Courts, two swimming pools, one indoor/outdoor, shuffleboard, his/her saunas, canoe rental plus a banquet room for parties, receptions, etc. Close to grocery stores, Pier Park and so much more.

My family and I just returned from a visit at Pinnacle Port. It was just the place we were looking for when booking our vacation. This unit was clean, nicely decorated and well maintained. We absolutely LOVED the location - uncrowded beaches yet not far from all the activities PCB has to offer. The indoor/outdoor pool was a great feature since we had our 15 month old grandchild traveling with us. The amenities include - easy beach access, two pools, saunas, tennis courts, grills, playground, as well as others. We will definitely try to visit this unit again in the future. Glenda, the owner, was very easy to work with and took every effort to make us feel at home.

I can't say enough about this wonderful condo. From the very beginning, Glenda was an absolute delight to deal with. When we walked in the door we were very pleasantly surprised. The condo was tastefully decorated and immaculate. We had an amazing week with our family here, and can't wait to come back!

My wife and I have rented this condo 3 years in a row and will be back again next year. It has just the location you want for enjoying the beach and all the other fun locations in the area, and the sunsets are beautiful. The condo itself is fully loaded with all the home away from home amenities that anyone would want. It is clean well maintained, and can easily accomodate the 4-6 people it advertises. The Pinnace Port location has a lot of activities you can take advantage of and a lot of friendly people. I have had friends visit me here for the first time and in turn come back and rent condos on their own. Glenda the owner is a joy to deal with.

We had a fantastic time in this delightful condo. It is beautifully decorated and it had everything we needed. The beds are comfortable. The beach is beautiful. The neighborhood is great for walking. Thank you to Glenda for a wonderful time.

My two children and I had so much fun staying in this lovely condo at Pinnacle Port. It was very tastefully decorated and had everything you need. The view from the balcony is amazing! We hope to come back soon!!

The condo was first-rate!!! It is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. It had all the comforts of home and you can't beat the view! The Pinnacle Port complex is wonderful for families--lots to do and it was quiet at night. We highly recommend it!

This is our second year to stay at this beautiful condo that has been completely redone. Lovely beadboard cabinets, wonderful new kitchen reconfiguration for an unobstructed view from kitchen straight throught diningroom and livingroom of the beautiful Gulf. All new furniture, big screen tv, king size beds! Everything is just perfectly decorated and so nice.
