Special private home 20 miles out of Park City, nestled at the foothills of the Uintah range, with spectacular views of Deer Valley's Mayflower Bowl and Mount Timpanogos. The house sits on 11 acres and features front and rear decks and a fenced in yard.
This property offers access to all winter and summer recreation while enjoying the solitude of a remote mountain get-away. Just 30 minutes from Deer Valley, Park City, and The Canyons ski resorts and 60 minutes from Salt Lake City Airport. Fishing and boating are accessible at the Jordanelle reservoir closest to the property. There are several other reservoirs within a 45 minute drive.
In the house you will find a luxurious contemporary kitchen and master bedroom and bath. Two other bedrooms share a bathroom. There is a wood burning stove that adds rustic charm and additional warmth.
For winter rentals four-wheel drive vehicles are recommended.
