This Horseshoe Bay waterfront home is located on Lake LBJ and within walking distance to The Horseshoe Bay Resort, and the new Horseshoe Bay Marriott.
Enjoy this 3500 square foot, two-story, luxury, fully furnished, waterfront home. This home boasts four bedrooms, each with their own bath. There are two master bedrooms one upstairs and one downstairs, both with king beds and private master baths with Jacuzzi tubs. Both masters also have outdoor decks and seating areas overlooking the lake where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings in Horseshoe Bay. The two additional bedrooms, one king bedroom and one queen bedroom, each have their own private baths. All bedrooms and bathrooms have furnished linens and towels. Two queen size air mattresses are available to help with extra guests.
The breakfast eating area and dining room provide sit down seating for ten. In case you do decide to cook, a fully furnished kitchen has everything you will need. There are two living areas, Direct TV satellite TV, an ice-maker, wet bar area, utility room with washer and dryer, an additional downstairs half bath and an outside barbecue grill. The media room has a HDTV, satellite, VHS, DVD and several movies for your enjoyment. Enjoy a family dinner or listen to music on the outside patio that has several tables and chairs and can provide seating for 12. There is also two boat slips and two jet-ski ramps for your use at the house.
Activities and Attractions
Play in the water by day, then watch the sunset from either of the decks in the evening; the back of the house views looking towards the yacht club and surrounding hill country. It is enjoyable day or night. Lake LBJ is a constant level lake so you can always enjoy boating, fishing, skiing, wakeboarding, and tubing. There are numerous restaurants nearby, municipal golf courses, boats and wave runners for rent at the marina. Access to the Horseshoe Bay Resort is not available through this rental. Horseshoe Bay's private airport is located five minutes from the property. Austin is less than an hour drive; shop in Fredericksburg or visit San Antonio.

My parents lived in HSB for 15 years and I had a condo there as well. Everyone moved away years ago and I wanted a place to bring everyone together to remind us of old memories and to create new ones. This beautiful home and setting exceeded my expectations and allowed many happy memories to be created with family and friends. I rented this home for a month and so it almost felt like "home" for me. I was sad to leave it today and will definitely go back. The layout is wonderful, and allows privacy for all guests. The openness downstairs is great for entertaining. And, of course, the beautiful waterfront views are outstanding and for those staying in one of the two master bedrooms, you will almost feel like you are actually on the lake. Many thanks for sharing your beautiful home!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We 4 couples had a fabulous time in this beautiful home. Every amenity possible was well covered. The owner answered all our questions, even had a repair done while we were playing tennis. Wonderful deck area on the lake, perfect for breakfast or Happy Hour. We will definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

What an amazing home to rent. All 8 of us had the pleasure of staying here for my Son's wedding at Marriet Horseshoe Bay Resort. We all travelled from the UK and what a delight to find this beautiful home on our arrival. First class for cleanliness, location and all facilities. Very comfortable and spacious for everyone and beds were great. We stayed 10 days but wish it could have been longer. Hoping to book another holiday next year and definitely would like to return here. Beautiful location, Horseshoe Bay Resort and Marble Falls are wonderful areas with lots to see and do.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

About the owner: My wife and I live in Lubbock but are at HSB many weekends with our two daughters. (Please note the google satellite photo was taken when the lake was lowered for maintenance for two weeks, it usually is a waterfront property)
Why the Owner Chose Horseshoe Bay:
Originally we went to HSB for golf but when the kids came along our priorities changed to family centered activities. It's beautiful year round.

We love our home because the separate bedrooms at each corner of the house allow our friends to enjoy their privacy. The super high ceilings and open floor plan make it fun for a large group.
