The condo is exactly as described and what you see in the pictures is what you get. I would give them 6 stars if I could. It had everything we needed from beach chairs, beach toys, a cooler, boogie boards, etc. There was plenty of room for our families (4 adults & 4 kids). The condo felt less like a condo and more like a home. The condo has a very nice pool (if the kids weren’t at a beach, they were in the pool) a great bbq area on the roof where we ate dinner and watched some gorgeous sunsets. The location couldn’t have been better for families with children. Kamaole 1 Beach is literally a minute away. You can walk to many shops and restaurants (Da Kitchen is THE place to get local food). The property managers (Vin and Rose) were super helpful when we arrived. Brett (owner) was so helpful and answered any/all questions we had before we even booked the condo. And he continued to be helpful with tips regarding activities, places to eat, etc. Brett made the rental process such a breeze (great customer service)!! After a full day of spending time playing at the beach, going on a hike, people watching in Lahaina or whatever you want to do, it was great to come back to such a relaxing spacious condo. We really had such a great time snorkeling, boogie boarding, relaxing and the spending time with our family in this perfect condo that felt like home. We can’t wait to come back!!

This condo was everything it said it would be and more! The condo was far roomier than we imagined, and the 5 of us had no trouble getting comfortable for our 10 day stay (we wished we could have stayed longer). The location was perfect and walking distance to so many great places. We appreciated how clean and well cared for everything was, as well as the attention to detail to make sure there was ample supply of everything we needed (no shortage of dishes, pots, towels etc), so our day to day work was a minimum! (always a bonus when you are holidaying!!) The tips that were provided were very helpful, especially the Health Food Store, Restaurant information and the fantastic beach across the street. The building was also exceptionally well cared for and we wished we would have spent more time on the Roof Garden on the 7th floor as we met so many wonderful people while we were up there (and of course we met friends of friends and marvelled at how small the world really is!)! Our 4 year old loved the pool, and we all appreciated the perfect setup for taking off all the unwanted sand as soon as you got to the condo property! Thanks so much, we would stay here anytime we have the opportunity to be back in Maui!

Affordable Maui comfort!

My parents and family couldn't have asked for a better, spacious and affordable home away from home to stay. Your location was just great with proximity to everything we wanted and needed. With 2 seniors and 2 young children, having 3 bedrooms was crucial! The lanai provided that outdoor living us Canadians crave :) We definitely will recommend your condo to others. The drive to Lahaina was long, but so beautiful and getting around Maui was easy to learn. All your island tips were also taken to heart. Everyone has to appreciate an insider's tip! We are so grateful to have been able to travel to such a beautiful part of the world and your help and wonderful condo helped make treasured memories of it all. Mahalo Brett.

Wonderful Time

Just returned from our two week stay (April 4 - April 16/2011) in this wonderful location. We had three adults and three young children and it was more than enough space for us. The condo was clean, well maintained, and in a great location. You literally are a two minute walk from Kamaole 1 Beach, which in my opinion, is one of the nicest beaches on the island. We spent a great deal of time there. You are also a short walk from small grocery stores, restaurants, and other shopping. Something else we reallly enjoyed was the use of all the "beach toys" that were already there. From flippers, snorkels, boogie boards, umbrellas, to kids sand toys and every floatation device imaginable, everything was there. There is a well mainatined pool, for those who don't like the beach. And, the site manager's were incredible and very friendly, as well. We did a lot of activities on the island. We hit Big Beach, but the waves are too big for children (and some adults, I might add). If you are going to do a submarine adventure, pay the extra money and do the Atlantis one. They take you 130 feet down...VERY cool. And do the 2 PM on as since it is the last one of the day, they keep you out longer. None of the other submarine adventures compare. Also, spending some time in Lahaina was wonderful. Lots of walking through tons of shops. We also attended a magic show/dinner in Kupanaha...VERY good. I highly recommend that too. We will be coming to the island every 2-3 years from now on and we will most ceratinly be renting this property again. We highly recommend it. Brett was a pleasure to deal with and lots of great communication prior to our trip. He was very responsive, providing some great tips, which helped us greatly.

Eight of us shared this condo ... 4 adults, 4 kids. It was very comfortable, and had everything we needed ... including a portable crib for one of the little ones! One of our favorite things was feeling the breeze coming through the place. No, wait ... maybe it was watching the sunset while grilling up on the roof! No ... it had to be the short walk to the beach! Really, renting your condo was a great experience all around. So easy to set up, great communication, and once we got there, we had everything we needed! Walking distance to all kinds of great food and shopping ... it's just such an excellent location! Thank you for making us feel at home!

Aloha. We had a wonderful time,this was our second visit and stay at the condo. It was the first our daughters and their husbands came and they were surpirsed at how close everyting was. We would often walk to ABC and we would walk to the nearby sports bars for drinks. We spend a lot of time at Kam 1 and walked to Kam 3 to play frisbee. It was convinent to have the coolers and beach chairs supplied. The rental procedure is also very easy. Mahalo

Our family had the best time at this Condo. Very clean and very comfortable. We felt very welcome. Thanks for the beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards.The kitchen was also stocked with a starter supply of soaps for dishes and laundry, etc. Our favorite beach-Kamaole l was a short walk away. It felt like we were in our own home. Our contact with Brett from start to finish was very professional and so easy. Thanks Brett and family for a wonderful vacation.

The condo was perfect and exactly as described! The location was great and we LOVED our stay. It was the perfect size for all 6 of us...it was somewhat difficult finding a 3 bedroom condo for rent in Maui...we couldn't be happier to have found this place. Before this trip we all said this was a "once in a lifetime vacation", but after visiting Hawaii how can you NOT come back?!?! We'll be back!

AMAZING!!! this condo could not be in a better place Kihie is such a cute little town. we drove all over the island and enjoyed this the most! The condo was very clean and VERY well supplied we had everything we needed even for my almost two year old.. We fit a large group in this condo and never felt crampt. We are also a very adventurous group and we found amazing snorkling just quick drove from the condo or you can just walk across the street and there are shops and a very relaxing beach.. I could go on and on!! I looked for weeks for a good place to stay and even the more expensive ones didn't seem to compare. If we come back we will stay here again and we are telling anyone who goes to stay her its got something for everyone in walkind distance! Oh and the owners make everything extremely easy and always take time to answer your questions!

We stayed at this condo from Aug. 8 to 22 and had a wonderful time. We had 5 adults and a 22 month old grandchild and this condo accomodated us with ease. The location cannot be better and the rooftop view and barbeque facility are top notch.

This was our 6th trip to Maui. We come every year with our daughter & her family. We love this condo. Everything that could make your visit easy & hassle free was there (beach chairs, coolers, sand toys, laundry soap, dish washer soap, towels, spices, t.p, etc). In addition the rental process was made easy by the owner. Location was the best as the south of Maui has the best & most convenient snorkel beaches. The view from the roof was super & made our annual family pictures really easy to take. Would return to this condo in a heartbeat.

The condo had a excellent location, could walk anywhere you needed to go. It was large enough to accommodate my whole family.It had everything that we needed while on our vacation.The balcony was a added plus, as well as the rooftop, great for watching the sunsets. Our first visit to Maui was March 22-31, 2009 and it certainly won't be our last. Thanks to Brett's professional expertise the experience of booking his three bedroom condo at Kamaole Beach Royale was awesome. My husband and I took our two young adult children and their partners on this most memorable family vacation. The condo truly made it this with a SUPER location, all the amenities (& more) of home and great value. The rooftop was definitely a highlight, with an amazing barbeque, the beautiful ocean view and many whale sightings (not to mention the unforgettable, most beautiful sunsets). Can't wait to return for another visit.

You will absolutely love this condo!!! The location is absolutely wonderful for Maui, and for beach access. Walking distance for everything!! The condo is very clean we were very surprised with amount of items that were available for our use here. We were very much impressed and absolutely thrilled with our stay here and would go back in an instant. The people were friendly and very helpful that we saw around the complex. Thank you so much for the use of your wonderful condo which we found to be very comfortable and equipped with ALL amenities. Location, Location, Location. That is what you get with this condo and more. You are steps from the beach, pool, stores, restaurants and more. The condo is decorated beautifully and has everything you need and want in it. We BBQ'd on the 7th floor terrace and enjoyed the view. We will be back and we will stay here again. From the moment I contacted Brett asking questions about the condo I knew everything would be great. He was excellent to deal with and the reservation process was simple. The condo is very clean and well appointed. There were 5 adults and 3 kids under 6 with plenty of space for everyone. The location from what we saw is probably the best place in all of Kihei. Close to everything and across from a beach. The rooftop BBQ was fantastic and the pool was a big hit with the kids. We would stay there again in a heart beat if we return to Maui and have already encouraged friends to stay there. Mahalo Brett....

We truly enjoyed the condo, it was very nicely decorated and had everything we could need for a week in paradise. There is so much within walking distance and the beach directly across the street was awesome.. I would recommend the condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay. We absolutely loved the condo! Everything about it was fantastic. The location was so convenient. It was so easy just to walk to the beach everyday. The sunsets and the BBQ's on the rooftop were so rewarding because it gave us a chance to visit with other guests and residents. My wife and I were married on Maui this December and stayed at your condo with our 2 sons an daughter all in thier 20's. The condo was comfortable, clean and very well kept. The building neighbors were all so friendly and the office staff downstairs were great. We were able to get boogie baords, ping pong supplies and really enjoyed the hospitality. Even right after a huge storm, Kihei was beautiful and everything is close and convinient. We were married on the 12th on the beach by the Maui Prince hotel and it was a dream come true. We will stay with you again and will pass along the link to our friends. Awesome trip and a really great memory. Thanks again to you and your super cleaning staff who we just loved!

My adult children and I rented the condo and had a wonderful time. There was something for everyone to do. We were within easy walking distance to several restaurants and bars. The beach across the street was gorgeous. The condo was great, the beds very comfortable and a very nice welcome awaited us when we arrived. We will certainly come back to "paradise"

What a nice place you have on Maui for your costumers. All you need for a comfortable stay is available. Including all the beach stuff one can think of. Towels, beach towels, beach chairs, even a cooler. Real close to the beach and shops. And, as usual, the weather made it even nicer. The condo has it all, makes one feel at home.

Thanks for letting us enjoy your condo! We had a wonderful anniversary celebration in Maui! We really didn't want to come home! Right about now we're missing the 7th floor deck rooftop sunsets and a Da Kitchen burger! We enjoyed the condo and the location was great. The pool was nice and there was plenty of room for all of us. It sure was easy to walk right across the street and be on such a great beach. The day we snorkeled at Molikini it was too rough to move on to Turtle Town...but we did see several turtles on Beach #1 and #2...what a treat! Thanks again for sharing!

My 2 yr. old grandson, Mark, expressed his love for "Grandma's Maui Condo" when he cried all the way to the airport asking to "go back to Grandma's condo". We all felt this way as we thoroughly savored the close walk to the beach, our take-out food from DaKitchen, and grilling our dinner on the 7th floor while savoring the incredible moments of the beautiful sunsets. This is an older, but well-kept, clean, roomy, and well furnished condo. Great location across from a one of the best beaches on the island with lots of places to eat and shop. We found it to be a good value for the price.

We had never been to Maui before, so we knew nothing about the island. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and with all the amenities of home. The location is fantastic - directly across the street from a marvelous (uncrowded) beach that has great snorkeling (you can't beat it). There are restaurants within walking distance from the condo, and more great beaches (and restaurants) just a short car ride away. It was so enjoyable to 'come home' and barbeque on the rooftop and watch the amazing sunsets. We will be staying here every time we come to Maui. And I have recommended this condo to both our family and friends. Thank you for having, and sharing, such a wonderful place.

Our family was celebrating my Mom's 70th birthday and we couldn't find accommodations in Lahaina where we always have stayed--so, we booked this condo over the internet--relying only on the photos in the website...well, we were THRILLED with the place when we arrived--it looked BETTER than the pictures and was clean, nicely remodeled and fully stocked for a "home away from home" experience! The location was prime--right across the street from an awesome beach--great body surfing and snorkeling for the whole family (my daughter saw a turtle, a pufferfish, eel and a lobster!!). The layout of the condo is perfect for a family--a little privacy for parents and lots of room to play in! A great health food store a minute away and an easy car drive anywhere! We would definitely rent here again and we are telling all our Alaskan friends who, like us, have vowed to get out of town for a few weeks in the long winter! Thank you for providing such a upstanding place and for delivering what you promise! We'll be back!

We stayed 2 weeks in Maui at two different Condo's. The 2nd week was in this condo and it was everything we expected. The location to the beach is great, the condo building quiet, but still with things for the kids to do. Next time back to Maui, this will be on our "favorites" list.

An excellent place for my family to get together. I had a great time and would recommend it to anyone. Few places that can sleep this many at this price. Make sure to catch the sunrise at Haleakala and take the road trip to hana. If you go between Dec and May, try whalewatching.
