This stunning villa is located on the East coast of Attica, on a 5000s.m. of a unique property, touching the seaside, viewing the Aegean Sea, straight to the Cyclades archipelago. The villa was completed in the summer of 2004. The main gate is on a private road. The total indoor area is 350sm consisting of 5 bedrooms (1 on the upper level, 4 on the ground level). Four of the five bedrooms are looking to the East and the Aegean Sea and all the residents having their privacy, separate entrances and bathroom/showers toilets. The huge lounge with its handmade fireplace and a breathtaking sea view, gives the fascinating sense of cruising on a ship! One astonishingly designed elliptic shaped swimming-pool exploiting the waterfall effect with water jet and size of 12m long & 9m wide, ready to give you unforgettable fun and/ or relaxing moments. There's always instant access to 2 different spots on the sea side for those who prefer seawaters.

ARRIVAL AT VILLA SCORPIO: Upon your arrival there will be one of us to welcome and assist you at the airport and guide you to villa Scorpio. A welcome traditional snack will be served for you and a short tour of the house and its equipment as well as printed useful info such as emergency phone numbers, road maps etc will be given to you. Please feel free to call us preferably via e-mail for any additional info/pictures you may need.

A nice place and hour from Athens, as advertised

This is a very nice place for an extended family, as we were, especially if you have someone cooking. It is remote, and you have to drive a while to get to supermarkets, but the house is large and comfortable, with two rooms in a separate structure by the pool. The roads to the house, in the last mile or so, are small and winding, but manageable. Overall, we would highly recommend this rental.

Fabulous beyond belief!!

This is the real deal. My family of six traveled from the U.S. and were lucky enough to have booked this stay. Nikos and his wonderful wife Dina were hospitable beyond expectations, ensuring we were well cared for and comfortable throughout our stay. The property was clean with plenty of room for all; everything was perfect, fresh towels, sheets and well equipped kitchen. A stocked refrigerator was waiting for us on arrival and throughout our stay. Nikos was always available via text or phone; he even offered to help us with transportation and tour guides. He helped us arrange an in-home dinner for our final night which was by far the best food we had during our 10-day visit. We're not big city people, so the location was perfect; just 20 minutes from the airport, and an easy drive to Athens, Corinth, Lavrio, Sounion. The location is perfect, the house is fabulous, and the hospitality is unsurpassed by the finest hotels. There is no doubt Villa Scorpio is our go-to accommodations on our next visit to Greece. Thank you, Nikos and Dina. Opa!!

Spectacular!

We traveled from Florida and Texas (family of 10) to celebrate my 60th birthday. Staying at Villa Scorpio was the perfect choice. We had 3 families and the home is modeled to provide privacy for all parties, yet large and appointed perfectly to all gather for meals and lounging to discuss the wonderful daily adventures. Hosts Niko and Dena were the best assisting us with every detail from private shuttles to daily excursions. They know their wonderful country well and helped to make our trip an adventure we will NEVER forget. Thanks for the beautiful memories...we'll be back!

PERFECTION ON EARTH

On the day of our arrival, when Nikos the owner guides you around his fabulous villa, he keeps saying that this villa is now YOURS ! And we were astonished how quickly we were convinced that this was the case ! What a pleasure not to have to go shopping for food on the first day ! The refrigerator, the freezer and the kitchen's cupboards were full of food and drinks, You could find soap and shampoo in the 4 bathrooms, no need to rush for dishwashing product, salt, sugar or coffee. The kids went mad when they discovered the Xbox360, the large LCD screen and the Home Theater in the living room and they had a great use of the laptop with Wi-Fi connection. The swimming pool was simply great with a wonderful view over the Aegean see. In a nutshell, there was only one difficult moment with the Scorpio villa, it was when we had to give back the keys of OUR HOUSE to Nikos and his charming wife!

Later on the cruise ships, I was lucky to do my service on "Celebrity Cruises" perhaps the most exceptional company on the cruise market ever. Today, I still live in Athens and I manage several rental villas.

Nowadays, almost everyone who has a summer house is able to rent it as tourist accommodation and the web is overflowing with words like “low price, villa, luxury, spacious, next to the sea, etc...”
Fortunately, it's way easier now for travelers who know what they’re looking for, to understand the differences between the “bargain, the reasonable & the irrational” asked fees.
That’s one of the reasons why at “Villa Scorpio” we don’t worry at all especially now, where competitiveness is much higher. Because it is really worth the money you pay.
At first, you may read our previous guests' reviews (non-fiction but real).
Of all the self-catering properties on the tourist market, only a few have the “tourist accommodation exclusive sign” given by the Greek authorities (Ministry of Economy, Development, and Tourism).
It will be probably said to you that it’s not necessary any longer for running a villa and yes, this is true. But think that the villas which own the sign have been checked and approved officially.
So, you know for sure that at “Villa Scorpio” you’ll find everything that you agreed to. That what you see in the pictures in our advertisement is real.
That there will be no surprises other than what you were expected to be far beyond that.

It was a common dream of both my wife and me to build a house next to the sea. We were planning to move permanently and leave Athens city forever. You can feel that this house has been build with passion and personal care. It's a house with character surrounded by extreme positive energy as many of our guest said so far.
Nevertheless, life is tricky and usually plans are changing in a minute. So, we decided to rent our house. Bringing all my experience from the cruise ships and among my wife's affection for decoration and her deep knowledge of hospitality, our home became "Villa Scorpio".
It may be listed as self catering villa but I can assure you that it could be easily characterised as a private hotel.
From our side we can promise you that we will do everything is possible to make your vacations smooth and relaxed. We'll be on call 24/7 for anything you'd like to ask. We will support you to find and arrange from a daily visit to an historical place, to a scuba diving safari at the Aegean waters.
