About the Villa

Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac in the John’s Plain area of Holders, St. James, this lovely three bedroom villa with self-contained one bedroom guest apartment and plunge pool is the ideal spot to spend your vacation in our island paradise.

The main villa which consist of three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms is of an open plan with large rooms, high pickled ceilings and great entertaining spaces. The floors are polished South American hardwood throughout except for the kitchen and bathrooms, which are all tiled and it is furnished with lovely Barbados antiques.

To the west is a large covered deck which overlooks the garden and a view of the ocean and fabulous sunsets can be enjoyed from here and from the kitchen and laundry.

The master bedroom leads onto a private terrace where you can enjoy the north east garden and the enticing plunge pool.

There is a formal dining room, or you can dine on any one of the three terraces. The formal areas are tastefully furnished with an antique influence.

About the Neighborhood

A stone’s throw away from the famous Sandy Lane Green Monkey Golf Course and the Polo Field, and the Tamarind Cove Hotel, Daphne’s Restaurant and the beach (at the bottom of the hill - 1 km) are all within walking distance. The world renowned Sandy Lane Hotel and the Cliff Restaurant are close by. Holetown and Warren's Shopping Complex with all the shops, supermarket and services are all within easy reach. Royal Westmoreland Golf Course and The Fairmont Royay Pavillion are approx. 10 minutes drive away. A car is recommended

The closest beach is the well known Paynes Bay Beach, a 15 minute walk down the hill. Once on the beach you can walk for miles as far as Holetown, passing the Sandy Lane Beach. All the beaches can be accessed from different points along the road.
