The Ceramelli family has lived in Colle since the second half of the 13h century. It was the grandfather of Raffaele, the present owner, who moved to the city, keeping the villa of Belvedere and the estate of 70 hectares, that produces wine, oil and cereals, as his summer residence. Renata, Raffaele and their son Lorenzo gave a more modern appearance to the property in the 80s: they planted new vineyards, renovated the wine cellar and gave accommodation to tourists; the villa was transformed into a hotel and the farmhouses into holiday apartments of the Agriturismo.
