Spazzavento is a typical Tuscan farm house of the end of the seventeenth century. It has been restored and divided into six Apartments maintaining the originality of the old house. It's situated in a quiet position from where you can have a wonderful view of the Cetona mount and of the surrounding hills. <b>At guests' disposal:</b> A splendid park with ancient trees surrounds the swimming pool where you can relax after the excursions to the near historical centre and medieval villages such as Cetona, San Casciano Bagni, Città della Pieve, Chiusi, Montepulciano and Pienza. <b>Distances:</b> Piazze at 1 km with all kind of shops, Cetona at 9 km and San Casciano dei Bagni at 9 km. CIPRESSO UNIT FIRST FLOOR M2 120 Cipresso and Lauro are in the same building and they are connected by a little gate. At the end of the eighteenth century, the house "Cipresso" was used during the summer by the religious order of the Benedectine monks "servi di Maria". An evidece of this is the presence of the small original doors with the number of the cells used to rest and to pray. First floor: the unit is accessed from external stairs, living/dining room with single sofà bed, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower. Heating not available. Private fenced garden suitable for pets and private equipped terrace.
