Spazzavento is a typical Tuscan farm house of the end of the seventeenth century. It has been restored and divided into six Apartments maintaining the originality of the old house. It's situated in a quiet position from where you can have a wonderful view of the Cetona mount and of the surrounding hills. <b>At guests' disposal:</b> A splendid park with ancient trees surrounds the swimming pool where you can relax after the excursions to the near historical centre and medieval villages such as Cetona, San Casciano Bagni, Città della Pieve, Chiusi, Montepulciano and Pienza. <b>Distances:</b> Piazze at 1 km with all kind of shops, Cetona at 9 km and San Casciano dei Bagni at 9 km. LAURO UNIT GROUND FLOOR M2 110 Cipresso and Lauro are in the same building and they are connected by a little gate. This house has the characteristics of the old country house with a large dining room and the kitchen with the fireplace. The most particular room is the former bathroom with its arched ceiling and the stone walls built in an old wood-burning oven. Living/dining room, kitchen with fireplace, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower. Heating not available. Private equipped outdoor area.
