for additional fee. Full week rentals only, Saturday to Saturday, during peak
peak summer season.$300 refundable security/cleaning deposit required.

Why the Owner Chose Ocean City
We have lived, practiced, and raised our family in Ocean City since 1984. My husband, originally from Pittsburgh, was a lifeguard on the Ocean City Beach Patrol, and then a medic, before we met. His family spent many summers vacationing in Ocean City. We enjoy the many outdoor activities our town affords us, biking, walking and running on the boardwalk, gathering on the beach, kayaking, boating, and swimming, to name a few. Relaxing with friends, cooking & grilling, enjoying the views, and & smelling the salt air while I watch my flowers grow is something to which I look forward.
My 2 college-aged sons can't wait to come home, with friends, each summer. My daughter, a high-school freshman, still loves the boardwalk!

Amazing views with Southern exposure make for excellent sunrises and sunsets.Listening to the birds, watching the boats, hearing the water lap up against the dock, what could be more relaxing?
