This Fun and Fabulous townhouse located in beautiful Navarre Beach, FL, has a private pool, boat slips, and a private pier as well as world-class sunsets over the the Sound! Internet Access! It is spacious (1500 square feet) with three balconies featuring lovely water views. The master bathroom has a large double vanity. Built in 1997, upgraded in 2006, it sleeps six comfortably, and eight can be accommodated with an air mattress.

The local Juana's Pagoda is just a short block or so away on the Sound Beach where they rent jet skis, sailboats and serve fresh seafood and bakery goods each morning!!! Brand-new Publix is less than a mile away, the brand new Super Wal-Mart is approximately one mile away! Our beautiful and pristine Gulf Islands National Seashore is a leisurely half-mile walk away!
