This Fun and Fabulous townhouse located in beautiful Navarre Beach, FL, has a private pool, boat slips, and a private pier as well as world-class sunsets over the the Sound! Internet Access! It is spacious (1500 square feet) with three balconies featuring lovely water views. The master bathroom has a large double vanity. Built in 1997, upgraded in 2006, it sleeps six comfortably, and eight can be accommodated with an air mattress.
The local Juana's Pagoda is just a short block or so away on the Sound Beach where they rent jet skis, sailboats and serve fresh seafood and bakery goods each morning!!! Brand-new Publix is less than a mile away, the brand new Super Wal-Mart is approximately one mile away! Our beautiful and pristine Gulf Islands National Seashore is a leisurely half-mile walk away! Come explore and enjoy our natural wonders! We are the Reason It's Called the Emerald Coast! The Emerald green waters are rare and world renowned. 10 min. from the Zoo and Big Kahuna's Water Park!

The upstairs provides an entry door, which can be closed for privacy from the downstairs living area. From three spacious balconies you will enjoy gorgeous waterviews. Covered parking, private fishing pier, private boat slips, jet ski rentals available, pool is at the end of your driveway. Wonderful family community.
