It is getting so we can not pick up a newspaper or turn on the evening news without hearing about the Recession and how bad things are economically. I bet the thought has crossed your mind…..’can we afford to take a vacation this year?’ In my opinion the truth is you can not afford NOT to. Recessions produce stress. Vacations relieve stress. As for our part we are going to make sure you will not be paying an ‘arm and leg’ in rental rates. Find a lower price, and we will beat it. To really put it perspective, on average it is cheaper to stay with us than Motel 6. I know it for a fact much to my wife’s dismay. The highlight of this beautiful condo is the picturesque setting on a golf course green, a spacious deck over-looking the green on Greg Norman's 4th hole on one of the resorts premier 4 professional golf courses. Play Norman, Fazio, Dye, Davis Love or the 100 other courses all within an hour drive. The cathedral ceilings throughout condo add frosting to the cake.

If your interested in just relaxing at the beach! Grab (rhymes with? and sends your mind thinking of seafood dinner at the beach) the free Barefoot Resort shuttle during the season, and they'll drop you off right at the beach where you have access to bathrooms at Barefoot Resorts private Cabana located right on the ocean.
There is so much family fun to do and all within minutes of our condo. Miniature Golf, Go-Carts, Amusement Parks, Water Slides and much more. There is plenty of Shopping and Restaurants and the entertainment is awesome. You have the House of Blues, Alabama Theater and the popular Barefoot Landing Boardwalk.
Our local community swimming pool is 50 yard from our door. A short distance away the 15,000 square foot main pool of the Resort at the Yacht Club is the largest in South Carolina. The hot tub there is so big you can swim laps in it.
Brand new 24 hour driving range with PGA Instructors has just been completed and with the fabulous Club House, all your Golf needs are complete.

Current Weekly Rates: September thru May > $395, first two weeks in
June and last two in August > $495 and mid-June to mid-August > $595,
Month $845. Saturday to Saturday in June thru August. Weeks Sept thru May
can begin and end any day you wish. Holidays ($200 for Thanksgiving,
Christmas or New Years) and over 4 people add $100 to rental. There is a
cleaning fee of $70. Optional linen/towel rental of $35. Sales tax 12%
Refundable security deposit $200. Checks only. Half rental fee with
reservation, balance 30 days before arrival.

My name is Peter Cole and I am the owner’s representative. I wear many hats: an oceanfront, resort, rental condo owner; property manager; rental agent; dog tender (That is Woody in the picture. Spends most of his day in the chair across from my desk watching me work.) and favorite; loving husband. As a Medicare card carrying senior, I look back over a full life. My chosen life ‘occupation’ (my Mother could never bring herself to call it a job) was to take teens on cross country camping trips; 3000 teens in all, spanning 33 years. My nephew Doug slipped into my shoes as I slipped into my retirement. My friends and relatives worried about my having too much time on my hands in retirement so they gave me their resort properties to manage. My reputation as a good manager/agent grew. Now 12 properties fill my stable. It was 1967 when I took ownership of my first rental property. In the years since, we have bought and sold 11. I come to you with a lot of experience. I do not take lightly the importance of your vacation. I want to match your needs with the properties I represent. There are 16 pictures, a video and lots of verbiage. The condo is nice, clean and very efficient, covering all our needs. Great location! right beside barefoot landing and Alligator Adventure, and close to the beach. Would definitely stay and rent there again!

The directions were perfect on how to get there, we put it in our GPS and it took us right there. The condo was just as the pictures showed it to be. It was very clean, which is a must for my family. The cleaning crew did a great job!!!! Peter explained everything to me over the phone as this was our first family vacation and I had no clue what I was doing. There is a ton of things to do and all within a few miles from Arbor Trace. There is shopping within a few miles, dinning, and golf. The drive to the beach was easy as well, parking at the beach is all pay parking but it doesn't cost much. You will need to buy garbage bags, toilet paper, and paper towels as Peter states in the contract, you get very little. We enjoyed going to the pool, it was very clean and well maintained. I would definately recommend this property to anyone planning a vacation to Myrtle Beach!!!! We will go through peter again for our next trip. A big Thank You to Peter!!!

My family and I just returned from our vacation in Myrtle Beach. I was very pleased with the condo. It was very clean, which is a priority for me. I found the condo to be just as the pictures show. Even though it's on the third floor, the walk up isn't that bad. My children really enjoyed the pool right across from our unit. The pool was nice and well kept. We brought our computer and accessed the Wi-Fi in the condo. Peter does a great job with your reservation and rental. He provided great customer service and had everything spelled out in detail. Barefoot landing is a very nice spot in North Myrtle Beach. They have several restaurants, shops, and attractions for the whole family. There are a plethora of family friendly activities such as miniature golf, water parks, go karts, and museums. One can find coupon booklets in most restaurants. If you are looking to go to the beach, you will need to either drive or take the shuttle. I wasn't able to find out where the shuttle for the beach picked up and when it ran. We ended up driving. Parking wasn't too bad. One thing that I'd point out is that you need to plan on buying your own toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. That was a little surprising to me. Aside from that, I was pleased with the condo. I would definitely recommend this property to others. Next time we go to Myrtle Beach, I will definitely contact Peter

We were pleased with this unit in Barefoot. Peter is great to deal with and it's so handy not having to worry about a key. All the carpets and couches had been freshly cleaned and the bed was very comfortable. The unit was as it appears on the website and of course we knew we'd have to hike up to the third floor. It was nice that the balcony had lots of comfortable seating. We enjoy being close to shopping and golf so Barefoot is a great location. We would certainly recommend this property to our friends and family.

We arrived at Arbor Trace to find the condo unit exactly as described and pictured!!! It truly looks exactly like the pictures! Very clean and neat and everything we needed. ( The rug in the living/ dining room does need to be spot cleaned) However, overlooking that, we had a great time. Overall the property is clean and well maintained. We know this area well and this is a great place to stay to get to all the fun things fast. Very centrally located to many area attractions as well as restaurants and of course the beach! Peter was great at answering all our our questions and was very timely in doing so. The rental process and the fact that you don't have to formally check out with anyone was awesome!!! Love the way you use a combination lock! Easy access and we did not need to keep track of an extra key! The pools were great as well. Would absolutley stay here again and can't wait to book again! Would reccommend this condo to family and friends. Thanks so much for making our family time extra special!

We loved this place and the resort. There is a pool right across this apartment which is very convenient. The place was overall really nice and clean except for the rug that needs a little cleaning. We liked that everything is nearby. All the shops in Barefoot Landing are so accessable. This unit is located in a manificent area! Also, it was great the way that the rental was handled, with such ease and professionalism. We would really recommend this unit to relatives or friends.

There were 5 of us that stayed in this condo, ages 47, 43, 20, 18, & 17 and we all fit very nicely! Everything was as it appeared in the pictures and video and the property was well-maintained. The beds were VERY comfortable, so we were well-rested every day. The contract was straight-forward and all questions were answered promptly by the owner. Thank you for providing such a nice place to stay at such a reasonable cost! This was our last family vacation prior to our oldest moving out and my daughter going to college, so thank you for providing an excellent last hoorah!

This was a very enjoyable experience for my family and I. The condo had all the conveniences of home. There is a beautifully furnished patio with a ceiling fan. The patio and view from the master bedroom window is of a beautifully maintained golf course. The condo has a washer and dryer which was so convenient after a day at the beach or taking the kids to the pool. This was much better than a hotel stay and afforded us so much privacy and comfort. The neighbors were excellent and the condo is well maintained. I would strongly recommend this property and will stay again if we choose this vacation destination again.

This condo is away from the traffic. very quiet, very clean, priced very well. the manger peter cole was very clear about the third floor steps thus being the only draw back on the condo. we are a family of 5 and would rent this condo again.
