We started coming to Nantucket in 1980 and immediately fell in love with this magical island. We bought a house that combines our interests in history and natural beauty and is near our favorite places for hiking, biking, sailing, eating and sipping.

Harbor Top is a lovely, well-maintained home ideally situated close to town and island bike paths. We stayed for two weeks in July and primarily used bikes to get around. The kitchen is well-stocked with supplies, there are fun board games and wonderful books to enjoy, the outdoor shower is great, and the owners are very helpful with recommendations and information. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

June 2011 LOVED this house! Perfect location to ride into town or the beaches. Neat, clean and fabulous kitchen and outdoor deck. As quaint as they come! Will definitely rent again.

This house was perfect in every way! The location is minutes from the airport and you could walk to town. It's also close to Bartlett"s and Cisco Brewery! It's so clean and homey! The owner's were so organized. They sent us all the info about the island, restaurants and things to do. We can't wait to go back. Nantucket is a special island and this is a special house...

This house was the perfect vacation home. It is beautifully decorated, well appointed and the location is perfect for visiting all of the island. We felt at home the minute we walked in the door!

Harbor Top is a great place to stay. We stayed a week and rented bikes to get around town - Nicely centrally located between town (5 min ride), Barrett's Farm/Cisco Brewery (15 min ride) and Cisco Beach (about 20-25 min). Also, many bike paths are not far off. Hummock Pond Road is a bit busy, but you are only on it for a minute on a bike. It is nice being slightly out of the fray but within biking distance and on the bus line (the stop is not far from the house). You do hear some traffic noise, but as my husband says "its more like a river than a highway" - it isn't loud. All around a great place to stay and we will probably stay here again!
