You'll find that the beach and pools are second to none - and the Nuevo Vallarta beaches are renowned as the best in the Vallarta area. As our guest, you will also have access to the amenities of the on-site Dreams resort including five on-site restaurants - and can choose to add all-inclusive days to your visit if you like.
The waves break just right for boogie boarding practically every day and you can walk for miles along the soft sandy beach. Other beaches in Puerto Vallarta can be rocky and/or limited by barriers, not ours!
The condo is finished with fine granite and limestone surfaces and includes everything that you will need to enjoy your stay in the comfort of home. We provide everything from blenders to boogie boards! Of course the amenities that you expect in a high end condo are all included - right down to the features of the full kitchen. We personally worked with designers to select the furniture and fabrics to make the space feel like a comfortable home. Of course we include extras such as a stocked bottled water cooler, a local cell phone for your use, and high speed wireless internet as well!
Villa Magna in Nuevo Vallarta is the perfect balance of secluded beach and pool atmosphere with access to all of the wonders that Puerto Vallarta and the rest of Banderas Bay has to offer. You have first-rate facilities but don't have the stress of a million people in a crowded all-inclusive.
You can play a championship or leisure round of golf at one of the three great local courses. We can put you in contact with a private driver that we use when we're in town. A local Mexican woman can also cook a meal (or more) for you while you stay with us. Villa Magna gives you easy access to the Nuevo Vallarta Marina area and to Puerto Vallarta itself. The information in this listing refers to our three bedroom unit but we have two side-by side condos, this unit with three bedrooms and the second having one bedroom (see the one bedroom listing on this site, too - #116549). Both condos are served by a common entry corridor so you can rent both together to keep a larger extended family close (but separate when it's convenient!).
The two units combine to sleep up to twelve adults. This three bedroom unit sleeps up to eight, with six in beds and two in a queen size pull-out. These are our personal vacation homes and we've outfitted them for ourselves, and fully expect you to enjoy them as much as we do.

We offer weekly rentals and can provide mid-week or daily cleanings for an additional charge. We'll even give you a discount if you're looking at the last minute and we still have space available within ten days of your desired visit.

I went to Villa Magna two weeks ago, and it was awesome! I could hardly believe the great prices that they gave us at the Dreams, right next to us!!! For 69 usd per person we could have four meals, all the drinks included, and the service was amazing! Alicia, the pool concierge introduced herself to us as soon as she knew we were staying at the condos, and she took care of us during our whole trip. I never cooked any meals, or washed any dishes or pots, which made a real dream out of my vacation time! You should go for ot, instead of going to the supermarket and buying groceries, that will take a lot of your time to get cooked!!!
Recommended for:Families with young children.

We stayed in this unit for 15 nights. It became home instantly. Being able to see the condo before arriving really helped. What you see on this website is what you get. The only thing that was unexpected (but not biggie in the end) was the third bedroom off the kitchen. On the floor plan it is two single beds but when we got there it was bunk beds. Very high up without a rail. We got over that. Marcos was so great! He checked in on us often and was so friendly and accommodating. We loved the pools and the beach. Most people probably don't like the vendors approaching you on the beach but when you get to know their names and chat with them they are lovely people. Ramone books Vallarta Vacations tours...he'll get you the same online rate or better. Deal directly through him...he is great. Conducting business on the beach...that is Mexico! So laid back. The condo is so clean. The staff is constantly cleaning. Having the bbq on the deck made making meals so easy. Eating like it is summer in the winter! We loved it! We travelled with three children and two adults. We all had so much room. Having the laundry facilities in the unit, dishwasher, cleaning supplies...we definately didn't spent a lot of time cleaning on vacation. Getting groceries was very easy. We got a taxi at the taxi stand down the street to the Mega. Everything you need is there. Everything! A huge thank you to the owners! We loved your condo. We definately hope to be back!

Just a quick note of appreciation for your hospitality and of course the beautiful accomodation. The unit exceed our expecations as did the resort, anything we desired was available. We are a young family of 5 (kids 7/5/2) and the setting could not have been better. We look forward to returning next year already! Thank you Joe, we made forever family memories.

A quick thank you to the Kanes, We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at Villa Magna in your one bedroom Condo.The property was very clean,perfectly appointed, with all the amenities we could ask for.The kitchen lacked nothing that a good cook would need to create delicious meals and having the BBQ was wonderful.The beach and resort itself are beautiful ,quiet, and relaxing.Having several golf courses five minutes away is a huge bonus as well.We will definitely return for more lazy days on the beach in the future!

Rob & Lesli (Calgary, AB, Canada) We stayed at the 1 bedroom condo for 2 wks from Nov 27-Dec 11. It was beautiful and equipped with all the amenities one could possibly want. So many little extras (too many to list them all !) Fantastic beach and great pools. We had sunshine every day for 2 weeks! The sunsets are gorgeous. There's so much to see & do at this great location. Its also perfect if you just want to relax, kick back, and soak up the sun. It was very easy to get around by walking,bus or taking cabs. Joe had sent an info sheet before-hand about the condo and area to help familiarize newcomers (like ourselves) and it was most helpful! We had the pleasure of meeting the Kanes during our stay. Wonderful couple...you can tell that they take great pride in their condo and they make sure that your stay is like a home away from home. This was our first experience with renting while on vacation and what a GREAT experience it was! We look forward to planning another get away at the Kane's condo in the future. We just got back from renting the Kane's condo from March 12- 20 and it was so nice and provided everything we needed right down to the boogie boards that we used everyday. So nice having free internet and a phone available to call back to the US. We would definetly rent from them again it felt like being at home, but with the sun and ocean. Marco was very nice and filled us in on anything we needed to know. Thank You for the use of you beautiful condo.

We just returned from this beautiful 3 br condo. 4 Adults and 2 children. The condo has everything you need and alot of little extras to make your stay even more enjoyable. Great views, lots of room, great location for beach walks. All and all we had a fantastic time and would recommend anyone who is looking for a great place to stay to stop your searching.....it's right here!

We recently rented this amazing and beautiful 3 bedroom condo. This condo had every little feature that you can think of. We felt that we were at home, except that Puerta Vallarta has the unbelievable daily sunsets and the weather is always perfect vs. the Michigan weather in January. The reservation process along with the payment for the condo with very simple and easy. Once we arrived the property manager - Marcos went over all of the different features of the condo. If we had any problems Marcos was on call 24 hours a day and was reachable by the phone that was provided to us. Marcos was very friendly and very helpful in every way possible. We have visited Puerta Vallarta for the past 10 years and have always stayed at the various resorts. We are already planning for next year's vacation and will be staying at this wonderful condo. The location of this condo along with having all of the benefits of the Dreams All-Inclusive resort is the picture perfect vacation. We give special thanks to the Kane's, as this will be a vacation that we will always remember due to the hospitality that they have provided in Puerta Vallarta.
