the owners were very quick to get back to us with any concern or question, we had great time for the short stay that we were their we were very fortunate that we got snow alot everyday we were their . we did call the owner once for a question and he was very helpful and we did let him know about a broken front window, our kids had a great time playing with your games something they dont do often at home. we skied every day and would come back again we enjoy your house thanks again for renting it to us

First, the owners left the light on for us (sounds like a motel commercial) knowing that we were coming in a little late. Once we got in the house, it was clean and organized. Everything was in order. The following day, only a few people went to Hunter mountain and the rest of us stayed, and then we discovered that there were sleds in the garage... it snowed the week before so it was perfect in the backyard... the slope was perfect for the kids.... like a said... we had a BLAST!!! definitely will come back. Thanks Kevin
